間でコイルばねのフツク部を挾む当接部を有する

である。ポール等の固定側の支持部材1にボルト
2等によつて一対のブラケツト3が固定されてい
る。ブラケツト3には入力軸4が回転可能に貫通
している。入力軸4は端部にハンドルあるいば可
撓軸(いずれも図示せず)が連結されて、人力あ
るいはモータ等によつて回転させられるものであ
る。又、ブラケツト3には巻取りドラム5が回転
可能に取り付けられている。巻取りドラム5はド
ラム部5aの外周に紐、ロープ等の被操作部材が
巻回され、一方向の回転で被操作部材の引き出し
が行われ、反対方向の回転で被操作部材の巻とり
が行われる。さらに、ブラケツト3,3の間には
固定管6が一端の外周面を溶接7されることで固
着されており、固定管6にコイルばね8が挿入さ
れている。コイルばね8は断面矩形状のばね線材
が螺旋巻きされて形成されており、そのコイル径
は固定管6の内径よりも若干、大径となつてい
る。従つて、固定管6内に挿入されるとコイルば
ね8は固定管6内面に圧接して摩擦力が生じるよ
うになつている。なお、以上の部材の組付けは巻
取りドラム5、固定管6、コイルばね8および入
力軸4の順で内側になるように位置している。従
つて、入力軸4はコイルばね8内に挿入されてお
り、この挿入部分には第3図に示すように扇形状
の作用片4aが一体的に形成されている。又、巻
取りドラム5は被操作部材が巻回される前記ドラ
ム部5aと、コイルばね8内に挿入される当接部
5bとからなつており、当接部5bは第3図のよ
うにコイルばね8内で円弧状に切り欠かれてい
る。この当接部5bの内径は前記入力軸4が嵌め
られる径に成形されると共に、その外径は入力軸
4の作用片4aの径と同一径に成形されており、
組付け状態では当接部5bの両端と入力軸4の作
用片4aとの間に隙間が生じ、この隙間内にコイ
ルばね8の両端のフツク部8a,8bが挾まれる
ように挿入されている。かかる挿入に際しては入
力軸4の正逆回転でコイル径が縮小し、巻取りド
ラムの正逆回転でコイル径が拡大する方向となる
