本発明は商品名や認定マークなどを表示した銘
板を不定型柔軟物、例えは鶏肉などの食肉に直接
挿入する技術に係り、特に被挿入物の変形を防止
して確実に挿入するに有効な銘板挿入方法及びそ

部dを有する銘板が考えられる。本体Bには必要
事項を表示し係合部dの先端eを被装着物へ直接
挿入し幅寸法wのくびれ部fによつて挿入後の銘
板の抜け止めを図る形状をなす銘板である。

図示部全体が駆動源(本例においてはエヤーシリ
ンダ)12によつてベース部材(図示なし)に対
して矢印イ方向に往復動する。このスライド本体
11に搭載する各部材の構成は次の如くである。

ド本体11の挿入側先端に、銘板Bの幅寸法D
(第9図参照)よりも大なる寸法D′の窓3aを備
えた面板3を有し、スライド本体の前進によつて

カツタレバー19の揺動によりカツタ21を揺動
せしめて挿入供給位置に供給された銘板B″を切
断する。さらに、駆動源であるエアシリンダ22
によつて摺動駒23を上下に駆動し銘板B″を被
挿入物に挿入する。この時、摺動駒23に設けら
れた切刃4の先端4aと銘板B″先端e″との間に
Lなる寸法差があるので、被挿入物は切刃4によ
つて切込みを入れた後に銘板B″が挿入されるこ
