(Prior Art) Conventionally, when producing shredded kamaboko in the processed food manufacturing industry, the raw kamaboko a is supplied to a conveyor 29 and conveyed in the vertical direction as shown in FIG. 30, the cutter 31, which moves up and down at regular intervals, cuts it to the desired thickness to obtain a plate-shaped slice a'.
A' are piled up in large numbers and transferred onto a conveyor 29 as shown in FIG. 9, and when they are held down by a holding roller 30, they are cut into a desired width by a knife 31 that goes up and down at a constant cycle to make thin rod-shaped chopped kamaboko. a″ is obtained, and this chopped kamaboko a″ is placed on the scale 3 as shown in Figure 10.
The shredded food packaged in the container is obtained by manually weighing the food into the container 33 placed on the container 33 with a knob.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) After slicing the raw kamaboko to a certain thickness as described above, the sliced pieces are stacked and cut to a certain width to obtain chopped kamaboko, which is then manually pinched into a container. When weighing, the increments are two-stroke cutting,
In addition, the operation of stacking the required number of slices between the front and rear machines and placing them on the conveyor, as well as putting the products into containers and weighing, is done manually, which increases labor costs and increases the manufacturing cost of chopped foods. In addition, when stacking the slices and placing the product in a container, there are many opportunities for bacteria to adhere and propagate due to manual contact with the slices, resulting in a problem that the shelf life of the product is significantly reduced.

(Function) When the device configured as described above is used to manufacture chopped kamaboko, the material kamaboko a is supplied so that the tip thereof hits the slicing blade 13, and the container at the tip is transferred onto the container transfer means 22. 23 is in a position to activate the detector 28, and then the control panel 26 allows the device to be automatically operated. 16 and collection means 1
The drive motors 20 of 8 and 19 are started, and the feeding means 2 and 3 feed out the kamaboko a at a predetermined speed,
The slit blade 14 and the slicing blade 13 rotate, and the slitting blade 14 first cuts into the tip of the kamaboko (a) and cuts this part into intervals of each thin blade 15, and then the slicing blade 13 cuts off the cut part. By performing the operations alternately, the kamaboko a is automatically chopped into bar-shaped slices with a rectangular cross section, that is, chopped kamaboko a', and a portion of these chopped kamaboko a' is placed in the container 2 as it is.
Some of the shredded kamaboko a′ that fell into the collection means 18 and 19 and were blown away hit the collection means 18 and 19.
8, 19 is collected into the container 23, and the amount of chopped product is proportional to the time, and the desired value is reached after a certain time, so this time is set in the timer 27 of the control panel 26. When the time has elapsed, the timer 27 stops the kamaboko transfer means 2, 3, the slit blade 14, and the slicing blade 13, and starts another timer (not shown). Collection method 1: No products left behind
8 and 19 into the container 23. but,
At this time, a timer (not shown) is activated by the collection means 18,
19 is stopped, the transfer means 22 of the container 23 is activated, the container 23 containing the shredded kamaboko a' is sent out from the collection position, and when the next container 23 is positioned at the collection position of the shredded kamaboko a', this is detected. At the same time as the container 28 detects and stops the container transfer means 22,
Since the above action is repeated, kamaboko a
The operation of chopping the meat and filling a certain amount of it into the container 23 is automatically and continuously performed.

In Figures 1 to 3 of the drawings, 1 is a frame, on one side of which a pair of upper and lower conveyors 2 and 3 for transporting materials are suspended between rollers 4, 4 and 5, 5 and knife edge materials 6 and 7. the lower conveyor 2 is longer than the upper conveyor 3,
In order to feed the material a onto this and sandwich the material between the upper conveyor 3 and the upper conveyor 3 as it progresses, the rotation of the motor 8 is reduced via a deceleration mechanism 9 in order to ensure that the material is fed to the cutter described later. The conveyors 2 and 3 have their tips supported by the knife edges 6 and 7 described above, so that the material can be sufficiently gripped at a position close to the cutter, which will be described later. In order to ensure that the material is stable even when cutting force is applied, the upper conveyor 3 is equipped with lifting adjustment screws 10, 1.
0 is engaged so that the distance from the lower conveyor 2 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material a.

50 mm thick and 600 mm long kamaboko are fed to the conveyors 2 and 3 of the apparatus shown in the above embodiment, the conveyors 2 and 3 are run, and the slitting blade 13 and the slicing blade 14 and the product recovery conveyors 18 and 19 are removed. While rotating, the amount of increments and the amount of storage were regulated by the operating time of these. As a result, the tip of the kamaboko a is vertically sliced by the many thin blades 15 of the slit blade 14, and then this part is cut off by the slicing blade 13 and processed into chopped pieces a' in one stroke, and some parts remain as they are. It falls into the container 23, and some of it is on the collection conveyor 1.
8 and 19, and are recovered in the container 23. Therefore, it takes only about 35 seconds to process one kamaboko a into chopped kamaboko a' and fill a certain amount into several containers 23. The finished and formed chopped pieces a′ have extremely high commercial value as they have exactly the same thickness and width, and the amount of product in each container 23 is accurate to the extent that weighing can be omitted. Since neither the materials nor the product were touched during production, the adhesion and propagation of bacteria was prevented, and the shelf life of the product was as good as that of the raw material kamaboko a.
