For this reason, it was necessary to use newly improved soil for backfilling. Therefore, in order to improve and recycle the excavated soil, the excavated soil, recovery aid, and soil stabilizer are mixed together for crushing and premixing, then crushed by impact, and then sieved, and the bottom of the sieve is filled with recycled soil. The inventors have proposed something that does this (for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 121086/1986).

It is preferable to use an impact mixer, which is particularly suitable for crushing viscous substances, as shown in Japanese Patent No. 48151. Conventional impact type mixers have a rotary impactor attached to a rotating body that rotates around a horizontal axis to form a rotary impactor, and a bendable mixer with multiple crushed pieces connected in series, which is made into a rotating impactor by a prime mover. It has a bending type crushing plate made of members, and materials are crushed and mixed in a short time on the surface of the bending type crushing plate and in the space between the bending type crushing plate and the rotating striker. Due to the impact action of the rotating impactor and the automatic shaking-off action of the bending type crushing plate, even highly viscous materials are crushed without sticking due to adhesion, and hard materials are partially crushed. At the same time, mixing of these materials takes place quickly.

The impact force when the body is restrained is transmitted and the process is carried out effectively.

As it gradually grows, the transmission of impact force when the elastic devices of the bending type crushing plate collide with each other and when the bending motion is restrained is reduced in the length direction of the bending type crushing plate, and automatic deposits are removed. This will attenuate the shaking-off action and cause the material to adhere and grow, resulting in it growing into lumps and falling from the surface of the bending type crushing plate, significantly reducing the crushing and mixing properties of excavated soil and other materials. There was a problem in that not only the excavated soil was degraded, but also lumpy material was discharged intermittently, making it impossible to perform good reclamation of excavated soil.

It is used to supply materials such as excavated soil. An inclined collision plate 20 is provided on the upper left side of the rotary striker 13, and a bendable collision plate 20 is provided on the left side, facing the counterclockwise rotation direction of the rotary striker 13, along the height direction of the casing 14. A crushing plate 30 is provided, and the upper end of the bendable crushing plate 30 is joined to a member 42 of a prime mover 40 provided on the ceiling of the casing 14. The bending type crushing plate 30 consists of a plurality of pieces 32 each fastened to a bendable member 34 such as a link chain, and furthermore, the pieces 32 are arranged at a required interval in the length direction of the bending type crushing plate 30. , two sets of elastic members 36, 36a are fastened to the bendable member 34, respectively. The surface of the crushed pieces 32 has protrusions 33, for example,
Horizontal flat plate-shaped protrusions 33 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the crushed piece 32, respectively, and the crushed piece 32 has a U-shaped cross-section. One end of each bendable member 34a, 34b near the elastic members 36, 36a is coupled to a support member 38, 38a fixed to the casing 14, respectively.

At this time, the elastic members 36 and 36a receive repulsion when the respective members collide with each other, and the bendable member 34 is provided with the supports 38 and 38a.
Since the movements of the members a and 34b are restricted, different bending movements are generated in the bendable crushing plate 32 between the member 42 and the elastic tool 36 and between the elastic tool 36 and the elastic tool 36a. ing. That is,
A secondary bending motion is generated in the length direction of the bendable crushing plate 32, and the impact force is uniformly transmitted in the length direction.

When the material is supplied from the rotary impactor 13, the material collides with the collision plate 20 and the bending type crushing plate 30 with the acceleration action of the rotating impactor 13, and the material repelled by the collision repeatedly collides with the rotational impactor 13 again. However, the hard materials are crushed by the action of the impact force, and the hard materials are partially crushed, and at the same time, they are quickly mixed with these materials and discharged from the discharge port 18, and the hard materials are crushed by the impact mixing with excavated soil, etc. Playback processing is performed. In the above, under the secondary bending motion of the bending type crushing plate 30, the strong impact force that is uniformly transmitted in the length direction provides a reliable automatic shaking-off action on the adhesion of highly viscous material. .

The multiple crushing plates have protrusions on their surfaces, so when materials collide, they break up the highly viscous lumpy material and create a new interface inside the lumpy material, allowing it to be split and finely divided. By improving fragmentation and increasing the mutual mixing performance of materials, it is possible to further promote adhesion and growth of materials on the surface of the crushing plate and avoidance of clumping.
