ートを真空成形機或いは圧空成形機である型成形
機に供給する際、樹脂シートの自重による垂れ下
りを防止するための装置に関する。

を用いる場合にあつては樹脂シートの自重による
垂れ下りが生じ、型成形機への適正な供給が困難
となり、成形品の肉厚が不均一となつたり、或い
は成形品にしわが発生してしまう等の欠点があつ
た。また、ポリプロピレンに限らず、無機充填剤
を比較的多量に配合した樹脂シート(無機充填剤
配合シート)にあつては、一般にその成形性が良
好なものでないため成形温度を比較的高くしなけ
ればならないが、このような無機充填剤配合シー
トを成形適温まで加熱する時にはポリプロピレン
等と同様の欠点を生じていた。更に、近時、樹脂
シート押出し成形機と一体化した型成形機が、樹
脂シートの再加熱不要による省エネルギーと樹脂
シート温度の均一化の向上という観点から注目さ
れているが、このような場合にも前述と同様の欠
点を有していた。

案されているが、これら装置は何れにあつても、
樹脂シートの間欠走行クランプチエーンに連動さ
れる構造であり、全体として機構が非常に複雑化
され、しかも、樹脂シートとの接触部を冷却させ
ることが極めて困難なものであつた。

樹脂シート11は送りローラ12間に挟持されて
図中左側から右側へと所定のタイミングで間歇送
りされるとともに、樹脂シート11の幅方向両側
には図示しない把持手段により把持され、この把
持手段により樹脂シート11にはその幅方向に適
度な張力が付与されるとともに図中右方向へと移
送されるようになつている。

雌型24及びプラグ25を有し、更に、加熱軟化
された樹脂シート11を雌型24の端面にクラン
プするクランプ板26を有している。このような
型成形機23により樹脂シート11にはキヤビテ
イ部24Aと等しい形の成形部11Aが連続成形
されることとなる。なお、第2図に示されるよう
に、樹脂シート11と支持輪14との接触部は成
形部11Aと成形部11Aとの丁度ほぼ中間位置
に配置されており、成形部11Aが互いに打ち抜
かれて分離された際に於る打ち抜きかす部分とな
るようになつている。

必要がなく、この点からも、構造の簡易なものと
することが出来る。
