本発明は水平・垂直二方向又は水平二方向に同

第1図に示す装置は、駆動コイル2−1,3−
1と振動台1との直接連結型の二方向加振機であ
る為、図に示すように、垂直振動発生部3の駆動
コイル3−1は垂直・水平両方向に逃げが必要で
あつた。従つて駆動コイル3−1は通常の円筒型
ではなく長方形のコイルとなり、磁束Φからはみ
出したコイルは無駄となるのでマグネツトの効率
が低下するという問題があつた。なお、垂直発生
部3を例にとり説明したが水平振動発生部2にお

る。この装置は、加振軸2−2,3−2を油圧ガ
イド2−3,3−3にて軸方向に摺動自在にガイ
ドし、静圧軸受2−4,3−4を介して振動台1
を加振する構造となつている。従つて駆動コイル
2−1,3−1は円筒形のコイルを用いることが
でき前記のマグネツトの効率低下の問題は解決し
ている。しかしながら、この装置においても次に

本発明は上記の問題点に鑑み、振動台が交換可
能であり、加速度・振動数を高性能化し、ねじれ
振動防止のガイド部が不要な二方向加振機を提供

けるようにしたもので、以下その実施例について
