6, an exhaust duct 38 and an outside air intake duct 40 are connected. In the above configuration,
The conditioned air whose temperature and humidity have been adjusted by the air cleaner 32 is introduced into the ceiling 12 from the duct 34, and after being made into clean air by the air cleaner 20, it enters the work room 14 from the outlet 24. It's blown out. This clean air entrains dust generated in the work room 14 and is sucked in through the air inlet 30, passes through the lower floor 16, the duct 36, and returns to the air conditioner 32. During this air circulation process, a part of the air is exhausted from the exhaust duct 38, and an amount of outside air commensurate with the exhaust amount is taken in from the outside air intake duct 40, thereby increasing the freshness of the circulating air to a certain value or higher. Keep it. By the way, in the above-mentioned air cleaning room, since the suction port 30 is provided only on a part of the floor surface 28, some of the dust generated in the work chamber 14 is transferred to the floor surface that is not designated as the suction port. It falls and accumulates. Dust generated by friction between the worker's shoes and the floor as the worker walks also accumulates on the floor.

In the above configuration, since the flow velocity of the suction airflow on the floor surface is almost zero, the amount of dust deposited on the floor surface increases with the passage of time. Therefore, when the worker walks, the accumulated dust is thrown up, making it impossible to maintain the desired level of cleanliness within the work chamber 14.

The system shown in FIG. 3 is generally referred to as an all-over vertical laminar flow system. This air purification room 42
However, the difference from Fig. 2 is, firstly, that a high-performance filter 44 is placed on the entire surface of the ceiling and clean air 46 is blown out in a vertical laminar flow, and secondly, the inlet provided on the floor is also The point is that most of the area other than the floor surface 28 on which the device 18 is installed is used as the suction port 48. According to this type of air cleaning room 42, clean air descends uniformly in the work room 14, and there is no dust rising on the floor, so the cleanliness of the room can be significantly improved. However, construction costs for such an air purification room are enormous. Particularly when modifying an existing building to create an air purification room, it is difficult work to convert most of the floor surface into an air inlet, and there is a problem in that modification is virtually impossible.

Dust falling toward the floor passes directly over the upper surface of the lattice floor and accumulates on the floor. On the other hand, since the worker walks on the upper surface of the grid floor, the dust accumulated on the floor surface does not come into direct contact with the worker's shoes. Therefore, even when the worker walks, the dust accumulated on the floor does not fly up.

The same parts as those in the figure are given the same reference numerals. A suction port 30 is provided only in a part of the floor surface 28. A lattice floor 50 is laid on the floor surface 28 except for the portion where the equipment 18 is placed. As shown in FIG.
are vertically connected in a lattice pattern in the X and Y directions. The lattice floor 50 is not limited to the one shown in FIG. 4, but can also be made of commercially available grating materials, expanded metal, wire mesh, etc., which have a large porosity in plan view, and
Any material may be used as long as it can withstand the load of a worker or the like. In the above configuration, most of the dust generated in the work room 14 is entrained in the indoor airflow, sucked in through the suction port 30, and captured by the pre-filter of the air conditioner (not shown) or the high-performance filter of the air purifier 20. Ru. On the other hand, some dust leaves the indoor airflow and falls toward the floor. The fallen dust passes through the openings 54 in the grid floor 50 and accumulates on the floor surface 28. Since the worker walks on the upper surface of the grid floor 50, the dust accumulated on the floor surface 28 does not come into direct contact with the worker's shoes. This prevents accumulated dust from flying up as the worker walks, and maintains a high degree of cleanliness within the work chamber 14.

The dust that passes through 0 falls and adheres to this adhesive sheet 58. Therefore, as long as the upper surface of the adhesive sheet 58 is not covered with fallen dust, the adhesive sheet 58 exhibits the effect of completely trapping dust. Therefore, even if turbulence occurs on the floor due to strenuous walking by workers, dust can be completely prevented from flying up. The adhesive sheet 58 is periodically replaced with a new one.

FIG. 7 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a gap 60 is provided between the floor surface 28 and the grid floor 50, and a water nozzle 62 is provided on the floor surface 28.
Rinse water sprayed from the pipe. The cleaning water collects in a groove 64 provided at an appropriate location, and after removing dust with a treatment device (not shown), it is circulated for use. According to this embodiment, the floor surface below the grid floor is constantly covered with cleaning water.
Alternatively, since the floor surface 28 is washed intermittently, a large amount of dust does not accumulate on the floor surface 28. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent dust from flying up.

FIG. 8 shows still another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a collision plate 66 is placed directly below the suction port 30, and an adhesive sheet 68 is attached to the upper surface of the collision plate 66. According to this embodiment, a portion of the indoor air 70 sucked in through the suction port 30 collides with the adhesive sheet 68 . Dust in the collided air adheres to the adhesive sheet 68 and is not scattered again. That is, part of the dust generated in the work chamber 14 or the like can be collected by the adhesive sheet. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the dust load on the pre-filter of the subsequent air conditioner and the high-performance filter of the air cleaner. Further, the accumulation of dust in the dead zone of the lower floor 16 can be reduced. For this reason, back pressure (positive pressure) may occur in the lower part of the floor 16 due to some reason.
When this occurs, there is an effect that the dust concentration in the airflow flowing back from the suction port 30 to the working chamber 14 can be significantly reduced. The adhesive sheet 68 may be updated periodically.

In the description of each of the embodiments described above, it is assumed that the lattice floor has an open top and bottom surface, and that falling dust passes through the lattice floor. However, the lattice floor according to the present invention is not limited to this, and it is sufficient that at least the top surface is open, and the bottom surface may be sealed. In the case of a lattice floor with a sealed lower surface, it goes without saying that only the portion located directly above the suction port 30 should also be open on the lower surface. It goes without saying that among the embodiments described above, the present invention cannot be directly applied to the embodiments shown in FIG. 6 or 7.

The concept of a lattice floor according to the present invention does not simply mean a lattice-like shape, but may be one in which the upper surface is provided with an opening while ensuring a distance from the floor surface. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, a structure in which a perforated plate 74 is placed on a pedestal made of square timbers 72 is also included in the lattice floor according to the present invention, and is different from the lattice floor shown in FIG. 4. Demonstrates similar effects.
