Conventionally, waterbeds of various constructions containing this type of water are well known. Generally, many waterbeds are simply a bag-like member filled with water, which not only increases the weight of the bed itself, but also makes it difficult for the user to get on and off the bed or turn over. There was a problem in that the water inside flowed and the bed itself swayed, resulting in a lack of stability. This problem was solved by the earlier applications filed by the same applicant, JP-A-63-84506 and JP-A-63-84506.
The invention disclosed in Publication No. 125214 is well known. In the inventions of these earlier applications, a pine-like member made of a spongy member or an open foam is stored together with water inside a bag-like member, so that when getting on and off or turning over, In addition, it suppresses the rapid flow of water and suppresses the swinging of the bed itself, improving the sense of stability.

As a specific means for solving the problems of the prior art, the present invention forms a bag-like airtight container with a rectangular planar shape using a watertight flexible sheet, and a synthetic resin or ceramic material is placed inside the airtight container. An inner bag containing a predetermined amount of bead-like members is disposed, and the inner bag is made of a material through which only liquid can flow, and has approximately the same shape as the airtight container, and is partitioned into a plurality of chambers by a partition through which only liquid can flow. The present invention provides a water bed characterized in that the airtight container is filled with water, and since the bead-shaped member is housed in an inner bag and then placed in the airtight container, movement of water is prevented. Even if a part of the bed were to be raised, there was almost no movement of the bead-like members, which made it possible to maintain the shape of the bed and maintain the posture of the body even if a portion of the bed was raised.
Furthermore, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, the amount of water filled in the bed can be adjusted as needed, which also helps maintain the shape of the bed. It becomes possible.

Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. Reference numeral 1 denotes a waterbed body, and the waterbed is a bag-like sealed container made of synthetic resin and made of a watertight flexible sheet and having a rectangular planar shape. 2 is formed, and the sealed container is filled with bead-like members 3 made of synthetic resin or ceramic and water 4, and the whole is formed into a mat shape. In this case, the bead-like member 3 is stored in the sealed container 2 in a state in which it is previously stored in the inner bag 5. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the inner bag 5 is formed of a woven fabric or a net-like member that is permeable to water and does not allow the bead-like member to pass through, and is shaped like a bag and has approximately the same shape as the airtight container 2. In order to prevent the bead-like member 3 from moving significantly, the water is divided into a plurality of chambers by forming a partition section, for example, a lattice-shaped sewn section 5a, through which water can flow, and a predetermined amount of water is poured into each chamber approximately equally. The bead-like member 3 is stored. In this case, the bead-like members 3 to be stored in each chamber are not tightly packed together, but are stored with sufficient room. By storing the bead-like member 3 in the inner bag 5 in advance and then disposing the inner bag 5 inside the airtight container 2 in this way, movement of the bead-like member 3 is suppressed and the portion of the airtight container 2 In addition, the inner bag itself allows water to flow and prevents the bead-like member from moving unintentionally, thereby increasing the stability of the waterbed body 1. The sealed container 2 is made of a flexible sheet, and the flexible sheet is made of, for example, rubber, a soft synthetic resin sheet, or a composite material of these materials and cloth, and the overall shape is It is shaped like a bag and is watertight. The total volume ratio of the bead-like members 3 and water 4 housed in the airtight container 2 is as follows:
The ratio is 50 to 60% to 40 to 50% water, preferably 55:45, and it is better if the bead-like member is larger than the water. Further, the bead-like member 3 is made of, for example, foamed polystyrene resin formed into a bead shape or glass formed into a hollow bead, and the beads may have approximately the same size. However, it can also be used in different sizes. For example, if only water is stored in the airtight container 2, approximately 120 kg can be stored, but since the volume ratio is approximately 45%, the weight is approximately 53 kg.
In addition, since the bead-shaped member 3 to be stored is actually measured to be 3.3 kg, the weight of the water bed main body 1 is approximately
It weighs 56.3Kg, which is significantly lighter. A water tank 8 is connected to the airtight container 2 through a conduit 6 and a valve 7, and the water tank allows the amount of water in the airtight container 2 to be adjusted each time according to usage conditions. It's becoming like that. Furthermore, a plurality of water injection or air release valves 9 are attached to the closed container 2. In the figure, numeral 10 is a bed base, and 11 is a gear up base. Waterbed main body 1 configured in this way
The bed body 1 is used as a normal bed when placed on a bed base 10 equipped with a gear function, and as shown in FIG. It is evenly adapted and deformed, and the load is not concentrated locally at the contact area between the body and the bed main body, and a thin layer of water 4a is formed in the area where the body is in contact. The unique rough feel of beads is almost completely eliminated. From this state, as shown in FIG. 5, the gear lift function is activated to raise the gear stand 11, thereby also raising a part of the waterbed body 1. At this time, the bead-like members 3 housed in the inner bag 5 do not flow together with the water 4, and only the water 4 flows downward through the water-permeable inner bag 5, and the bead-like members 3 are in the upright portion. will remain as is. In other words, the volume ratio of the stored bead-like members 3 exceeds 50%, and the space between each bead-like member is filled with the water 4, so that the water existing between each bead-like member fills the waterbed main body 1. As the water inclines, the bead-like members 3 flow down one after another to the lower side, and the movement of each bead-like member 3 is suppressed by the inner bag, and the pressure is reduced as the water flows down, so that the bead-like members 3 are solidified adjacent to each other. The thickness of the part of the waterbed body 1 that is positioned and erect remains almost unchanged. In this case, a layer of water is not formed in the part of the body that is in contact with the body, but a layer of water is still formed in the part that is subject to a large load, resulting in a local concentration of load. This is to prevent In any case, even if a part of the bed body is raised by driving the gear up function, the bead-like members 3 will not flow down, and only the water existing in the gaps between the bead-like members will flow down, forming a bead-shaped bed. The shape is held by the members, and gear up can be done easily. Also, in response to use, if you want to increase the amount of water, open the valve 7 and inject a predetermined amount of water from the water tank 8 into the sealed container 2, and conversely, if you want to decrease the amount of water, The water bed can be used in an appropriate state according to the usage condition by simply discharging water from the sealed container into the water tank.

As explained above, the waterbed according to the present invention has a bag-like airtight container having a rectangular planar shape formed of a watertight flexible sheet, and a bead-shaped member made of synthetic resin or ceramic is placed inside the airtight container. The inner bag is made of a material through which only liquid can flow, and has approximately the same shape as the airtight container, and is partitioned into a plurality of chambers by partitions through which only liquid can flow. Since the container is filled with water, a predetermined amount of bead-like material is stored in the inner bag in advance, so even if water moves, the movement of the bead-like material and the partial closure of the sealed container will be prevented. Swelling is suppressed, so even if it is a waterbed,
Even if a part of the bed body is lifted up by the gear up, the bed shape can be stably maintained and the body posture can be maintained, which is an excellent effect. In addition, by connecting a water tank to a part of the airtight container via a conduit, the amount of water filled in the bed can be adjusted each time. It also has the excellent effect of being able to be used in any state. Furthermore, by increasing the volume ratio of the bead-like members and water to be filled, the weight of the water bed body is significantly reduced.
Not only is it easy to handle, but it also has the advantage of being able to maintain the bed shape even with the gear up.
