(Prior Art) Conventionally, golf shoe soles having a large number of anti-slip protrusions integrally formed with the rubber sole body 1 on the ground contact surface are generally well known. Such soles are convenient because they do not require changing shoes on golf courses, in clubhouses, on the street, etc., but they have insufficient grip on the ground during play, particularly during swings, and have problems with swing stability. For this reason, athletic shoe soles with anti-slip protrusions made of hard synthetic resin have been proposed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-40980, but these soles have problems with walkability on the floor and on the road. Ta.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) This invention solves the following problems in the movement of weight pressure during the swing.
Bottom part a of the fifth middle phalanx of the sole of the foot, bottom part b of the fifth proximal phalanx, body tip c and rear end d of the fifth middle phalanx, anterior lateral side part e of the calcaneus, and rear part of the calcaneus. f, the bottom g of the third middle phalanx of the sole, the intermediate part h between the center of the second metatarsal body and the center of the third metatarsal body, and the medial side of the talus i. The left and right feet are simultaneously tilted in the medial-lateral direction and the medial-lateral direction with the connecting almost straight line M as the axis, and these two axes land respectively during the swing, and the maximum weight pressure is applied along these axes. By focusing on the movement load placed on the body and improving the grip of the sole, we have created golf shoes that offer excellent safety during swings and excellent walkability on the floor and on the road. It is an attempt to provide a bottom line.

(Means for solving the problem) This invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.
This invention forms a large number of anti-slip protrusions 11, 11... integrally with the rubber sole main body 1 on the ground contact surface, and positions A corresponding to the bottom of the fifth middle phalanx of the sole and the calcaneus of the sole. A substantially straight line L connecting position B corresponding to the rear medial side, and a substantially straight line M connecting position C corresponding to the bottom of the third middle phalanx of the sole and position D corresponding to the medial side of the talus of the shoe sole. Hard rubber studs 2, 2, having a hardness of 85 to 95 according to JISK6301 spring type hardness test type A are placed at the center of a large number of protrusions 11', 11'... arranged on the top, respectively, and the tips 21, 2... 21... are exposed at approximately the same height as the tips 111', 111'... of the protrusions, or slightly lower than that, and the base 2
The gist of the invention is a sole for golf shoes, characterized in that 2, 22, . . . are embedded and attached in the sole body 1.

In this invention, the sole body 1 is made of ordinary rubber,
It is made of solid or foamed material such as urethane rubber, and its hardness (hardness according to JISK6301 spring type hardness test type A - hereinafter simply referred to as hardness) is 65.
It is preferable to set the hardness to ~75, because if the hardness is lower than that, the compressive deformability of the protrusions 11, 11, which are integrally formed with the sole body 1, will become too large, making it difficult to move when walking on the road. If the hardness is higher than that, the compressive deformability of the protrusions 11, 11... will be too small, and the impact mitigation properties when walking on the road will be reduced.
It tends to make the cover uncomfortable.

The protrusions 11, 11... have a polygonal column shape, a polygonal truncated pyramid shape,
Although it may be formed in any suitable shape such as a cylindrical shape or a truncated cone shape, it is convenient to form it in a truncated cone shape or a cylindrical shape so that it will not damage the lawn on a golf course. From the standpoint of grip on the ground and damage to the grass during swing, protrusion 1
1, 11... in a truncated conical or cylindrical shape, the diameter at the ground contact surface is 4.0 to 9.0 mm, the protrusion height from the sole body 1 is 4.0 to 8.0 mm, and the center 112, 112... It is preferable that the interval between them is set to 0.7 to 20 mm. If the diameter and height are less than that, but the spacing is more than that, the damage to the grass will be reduced, but the grip on the ground will be poor, and the stability when swinging will be reduced. If the interval is less than that,
Stability during swinging is improved, but the damage to the grass tends to be greater.

In this invention, substantially on the straight line L includes the bottom a of the fifth middle phalanx of the foot, the bottom b of the fifth proximal phalanx, and the tip c and rear end of the body of the fifth metatarsal when worn in the shoe. d, the front outer edge e of the calcaneus, and the rear part f of the calcaneus are approximately located, and on the straight line M are the bottom g of the third middle phalanx of the foot and the second metatarsal when worn in the shoe. The intermediate part h between the center of the bone body and the center of the third metatarsal body is approximately located at the medial side of the talus i, and the soles of the left and right shoes are tilted outward about the straight line L when swinging. , are inclined inward with the straight line M as an axis. The protrusions 11', 11'... arranged on the straight lines L and M of the shoe sole, respectively, are formed in a cylindrical shape from the viewpoint of grip on the ground during swing, and the centers of the cylindrical protrusions 11', 11'... If the tips 21, 21... of the rubber studs 2, 2... are exposed at approximately the same height as the tips 111', 111'... of the cylindrical projections, or slightly lower than that,
When weight pressure is applied to the protrusions 11', 11'... during swing, the protrusions 11', 11'... are easily compressed and deformed, and the rubber studs 2, 2... exposed at the center thereof.
The tips 21, 21... of the cylindrical protrusions 11', 21, . Since cushioning properties are imparted by compression deformation of 11', walkability becomes even better.

In this invention, the protrusions 11', 11'...
The hardness of the rubber studs 2, 2... that can be attached to is 85~
The reason for limiting the hardness to 95 is that if the hardness is lower than that, the compressive deformation of the rubber studs 2, 2... will be too large, the grip on the ground will be reduced, and the swing stability of the sole will be reduced. If it becomes more than that,
If you use it on hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, tiles, etc., it is easy to damage the ground such as floors, roads, grass, etc. When you land on the ground, use rubber studs 2,
This is because the upward pressure from the ground against the sole of the foot increases through 2..., resulting in a disadvantage that the feeling of wearing such as walking and running performance deteriorates.

In the present invention, the rubber studs 2, 2... may be formed independently, but a plurality of rubber studs 2 in the shape of an inverted truncated cone,
2... are formed in series, and set in the mold by fitting the tips 21, 21... of the studs into the holding holes formed on the bottom of the mold during molding of the sole body, and then set in the mold cavity. By introducing a sole body molding material, heating and pressurizing it to form the sole body 1, and embedding the plate part 20 in the sole body 1 together with the stud bases 21, 21... The rivets 2, 2, etc. can be set in the mold cavity at the same time, and the rivets 2, 2, etc. do not move during the molding of the sole body 1, making molding convenient. A plurality of rubber studs 2, 2, .
Since the plate portion 20 is embedded in the sole body 1 along with the rubber studs 2, 2..., the strength of embedding the rubber studs 2, 2... in the sole body 1 can be significantly increased. The upward pressure from the ground applied to any one of the shoes is widely distributed to the sole body 1 via the plate portion 20, further improving the comfort of the shoe.
