Special Publication No. 51-29339, Actual Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the lower edge up to the rising part of the sloped part of the board is long, it is weak against tensile force.
The disadvantage was that only an exterior without joints could be formed.
Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, the skill of the lathe turned it into an exterior consisting of joints of varying widths, some with no joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of damage at the rising parts during lathe work. In addition, this type of board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, and the board itself cannot be made wide, so it is prone to warping, twisting, etc. There were defects that appeared on the cosmetic surface and spoiled the beauty. In addition, since none of the boards have a backing material, condensation may form on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust,
The walls themselves lacked heat insulation and soundproofing properties, the decorative surfaces could not be prevented from deforming, the boards themselves easily deformed, and they lacked connecting strength.
Other boards of this type have a drop-in type connection structure, but these have the disadvantage of being poor in waterproofness and latheability.

Together, it creates a three-dimensional space,
In addition, the male and female connection structure is a drop-in type that can be turned by one person, and in order to improve the waterproofness of the connection part, a large joint is formed between the boards, and a large joint is formed between the insertion edge and the engagement groove. A gap that prevents capillary action and a waterproof rib that promotes this are formed on the bottom edge of the insertion edge and the engagement groove, and between the engagement groove and the lower edge piece of the engagement groove.
It has a double connection structure, and the tip of the insertion groove is reinforced with a pipe shape to strengthen the engagement force. In addition, the protrusion at the tip of the fixing piece and the packing effect of the core material strengthen waterproofness and airtightness. This paper proposes a board with

The figure is a perspective view showing a case where the decorative ribs 3 of the board A are concave. 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, or a steel plate plated with an aluminum-zinc alloy ( Product name: Galvan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc),
A metal plate (including a flat plate and an embossed plate) made of one type of aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate, a copper plate, etc. or a synthetic resin plate is formed using a roll, a press, etc., or a second type is formed by one type of extrusion molding.
It is formed as shown in the figure. To explain further, 2 is a decorative surface with at least one layer on its surface.
The decorative ribs 3 are arranged in parallel with the longitudinal direction, and
It is formed to have approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the joint portion when the boards A are connected. The shape of the decorative ribs 3 improves the mechanical strength of the decorative surface 2, allows the board A to be formed with a wide width, and gives a change in unevenness to the decorative surface 2, contributing to an improvement in the three-dimensional effect. Its shape is a concave line or a convex line along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface 2, for example, a third line.
As shown in the figure, a side surface 3a that intersects the decorative surface 2 at θ 1
and a bottom surface 3 with the tip of the side surface 3a bent almost horizontally.
b, and a sloped surface 3c that bends the tip of the bottom surface 3b and intersects with the decorative surface 2 at θ 2 to form a longitudinal cross section into a substantially trapezoidal shape. Note that the slope 3c has an angle of θ 2 in order to prevent rainwater from accumulating in the decorative rib 3.
Let be an obtuse angle. The male connecting portion 4 has a side piece 5 inclined at an angle θ' 2 corresponding to the angle θ 2 of the decorative surface 3c of the decorative rib 3 of the decorative surface 2, as shown in FIG.
A joint basement part 6 whose edge is extended outward, a waterproof groove 7 parallel to the side piece near its tip, and a reinforcing rib 8 (hollow shape in the figure) formed at the tip to extend it inward. It is formed of an insertion edge 10 consisting of a lower surface 9 that is folded back and extended inward as it is, and a lower edge 11 that has the insertion edge 10 as the upper surface and whose inner edge is bent outward again and extended as it is. Fitting groove 12
, an extension part 13 that extends the lower edge 11 of the fitting groove 12 outward, and a protrusion 14 provided at the tip of the extension part 13.
It is formed from a fixed piece 15 consisting of.
To explain further, the side pieces 5 improve the flow of rainwater, prevent rainwater from accumulating in the joints, promote the three-dimensional appearance of the joints, and help increase the working width. . Further, the joint base portion 6 serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion.
Furthermore, the waterproof groove 7 is effective in preventing capillary action and returning rain at the joint, and the insertion edge 10 has a double structure to strengthen the engagement force. In addition,
The depth of the prevention groove 7 is about 0.5 to 5 mm, the width is about 2 to 10 mm,
The cross-sectional shape is inverted trapezoidal, U, V-shaped, dish-shaped, mountain-shaped,
It consists of one type of 2-3 mountain shape, triangular shape, L-shape, etc., and mainly prevents capillary phenomenon from occurring at the joint A as shown in Fig. 5 when boards A are connected. As a reinforcing structure for the insertion edge 10, it is useful for increasing strength and elasticity. In addition, the protrusions 14 prevent the edges of the extension 13 from waving and reinforce the strength in the longitudinal direction of the board A, and also prevent injury if the tip of the extension 13 becomes like a sharp knife during construction. This is to prevent accidents and ensure work safety. Furthermore, as shown in FIG.
4, and makes the lower edge piece 20 of the engagement groove 21, which will be described later, come into close contact with the insertion edge 10, improving the connection force at the connection part, and preventing the flow between the inside and outside of the wall and sealing it. Improves packing properties,
This helps significantly improve insulation.
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the female connecting portion 16 is formed by connecting the other side edge of the decorative surface 2 to the side surface 3a of the decorative rib 3 mentioned above.
The side wall 17 is bent inward at an angle θ′ 1 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of An inverted U-shaped engagement groove 2 consisting of a waterproof rib 18, an upper edge 19 extending inward from the back surface of the waterproof rib 18, and a lower edge piece 20 with its tip bent outward.
1 and a tongue piece 22 whose tip is bent. As shown in FIG. 5, this waterproof rib 18 covers a part of the joint base 6 at the joint A when the boards A are connected, prevents rainwater from entering, and prevents the waterproof groove 7 of the insertion edge 10 from entering. This helps to prevent the capillary phenomenon caused by water and to strengthen waterproofness.
The side wall 17 is at the same height as the side piece 5 or in the vicinity thereof, and the tongue piece 22 serves to prevent the lower edge piece 20 from undulating deformation, to prevent danger, and to reinforce it. In particular, when the back material 23 is held between the boards, the strength of the board itself and the tip of the lower edge piece 20 become pipe-shaped, so that the strength becomes higher. The back material 23 covers the back surface of the core material 24 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and can also be used for noncombustible sheets, waterproof membranes, heat shield sheets, water absorbing sheets, soundproof sheets, packing materials, etc. Materials include asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al,
Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheets, rubber sheets,
It is made of a laminate of one or more of cloth sheets, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. In addition, the attachment is carried out by a structure in which it is stretched between the fixing piece 15 and the lower edge piece 20, a structure in which one end is held between the tongue pieces 22 and the other end is placed on the fixing piece 15, and a structure in which both ends are held by the protrusion 14 and the tongue piece 22. Either a sandwiched structure or a structure inserted into the back surface of the fitting groove 12 or engagement groove 21 is selected depending on the purpose. The core material 24 is filled between the surface material 1 and the back material 23, and its material may be a resin for polyurethane foam, a resin for polyisocyanurate foam, a phenolic resin, or a flame retardant or flame retardant aid ( Borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbon, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. In particular, when fire protection is required, phenol foam or foam containing a flame retardant is preferred. Here, an example of the dimensional relationship of a typical board A shown in FIG. 1 will be explained. That is, in the decorative rib 3 (FIG. 3), the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the side surface 3a is θ 1 , the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the inclined surface 3c is θ 2 , the height of the side surface 3a is h 1 , and the inclined surface 3 h 2 is the height of the decorative rib 3, W 1 is the opening width of the decorative rib 3, W 2 is the width of the bottom surface 3b, and θ' 2 is the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the side piece 5 in the male connecting portion 4 (Fig. 4). , the height of the side piece 5 is h 3 ,

Since at least one decorative rib is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting and flattening even when formed wide, and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. Since the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, 1
It can be turned easily by humans, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof.
In the joint part, a gap is formed to prevent capillary phenomenon at the connection part between the insertion edge and the engagement groove, and waterproof ribs are provided in the joint part, so it has excellent waterproof properties. Since the insertion edge has a reinforced shape, it will not deform even when pressed during turning, and the spring effect effectively acts between the engagement groove, the lower edge piece, and the engagement groove, so the board will not come off. The slanted side pieces double the three-dimensional effect.
The forces of the fixing piece, the core material, the insertion edge and the engagement groove, and the lower edge piece and the engagement groove interact with each other, making waterproofing, heat insulation, and engagement force stronger than ever before. Because there is a lot of core material in the joints, there are fewer thermal bridges. It has the following characteristics.
