を上下動させる作動機構とから成り、上記作動機
構は上記縦杆に固定された連結板および下記押上
げ部材との当接部材と、該当接部材を押上げる押
上げ部材と、上記縦杆の施錠位置で上記連結板の
係止部に係関し、上記押上げ部材が解放位置へ復
帰しても縦杆を施錠位置で保持する係止部材と、
その上記係止部材を係止方向へ付勢する弾性部材
と、上記係止部材と連結板との係関を解除する係
止解除手段とを備え、上記縦杆が解錠位置へ下降
しても当接部材と押上げ部材との間に所望の間隙
を保たせる縦杆の下端停止位置調整機構を備えた
