動フアンの装備はロースターを高価とし、また油
などの飛散により故障が生じたりして円滑に作動
しないという問題がある。本発明はかゝる課題を

<発明の構成>

に切替対面することにより、前記五徳上に吸気流
と大気流が切替供給されるようにしたことを特徴

バーである。外側ケーシング1内には収容部4上
に底面の中間部分を載上するようにして炭つぼケ
ーシング7aを配置する。7bは炭つぼでそれぞ
れの底板の中心部に中心孔8a,8bを設けてガ
スバーナー5に接続した火口筒9を通している。
火口筒9はガスバーナー5に接続した内筒9a
と、上下動する外筒9bにて形成して、外筒9b
の下端の一部は昇降用部材6に載上して昇降用部
材6の進退により上下動するようにしている。ま
た外筒9bの上端上は閉塞して側面に細かい火口
9cを多設し、火口9c下の位置にて五徳10を
嵌着している。10aは五徳に設けた通気孔であ
る。炭つぼケーシング7aの底板の外周部には相
対して2個の抜孔11a,11bを設けている。

<発明の効果>
本発明は以上のようにして排気ダクトに接続し
て内部に吸気流が流れるように構成した外側ケー
シングと該ケーシングの側胴部間に大気の自然流
が流れるガスバーナー収容部を渡設して、炭つぼ
ケーシングの底板に設ける抜孔を上記の吸気流と
大気の自然流とに切替対面するようにしたので、
五徳上の木炭は吸気流を受けることにより急速に
おこすことができるという効果と、おきた木炭を
大気の自然流の中において長く持続させることが
できるという効果を生ずる。排気ダクトの吸気流
を用いて木炭のおこりを促進するので、木炭をお
こす過程で他の送風専用器具を使わないことか
ら、装置のコストを軽減するとともに器具等の故
障により木炭のおこりが遅れるということを解消
し、さらに器具にかかる専門的なメンテナンスか

が切替供給されるようにしたことを特徴とする炭
