A corrugated paperboard is disclosed which is cut and pressed against the backing paper to display characters and the like.

However, even with this corrugated paperboard, what appears on the surface is only a smooth cover and backing paper. More importantly, when the cut portion is pressed against the backing paper, what appears in the recess is a pressed, smooth cover. In other words, the wavy paper is only sandwiched between the cover and back paper, and does not appear on the surface, making it impossible to express the difference between the wavy appearance and the smooth front and back paper. .

However, even with this corrugated paper, what appears on the surface is only the smooth cover and backing paper, and what's more, the letters etc. are only expressed by applying resin, so it lacks a three-dimensional effect. It is.

る。 In the present invention, one-sided corrugated cardboard is selected as the outermost sheet among the plurality of sheet-like bodies, and a substantially smooth sheet-like body is selected as the sheet-like body arranged inside the cardboard. Select.
After cutting out patterns, characters, etc. from this single-sided corrugated cardboard, the single-sided corrugated cardboard is bonded to the above-mentioned planar sheet-like body with the corrugated portion facing forward. Note that it is sufficient that the sheet-like body disposed on the inside is substantially smooth, and even if the unevenness is formed by embossing, etc., the unevenness is smaller than the unevenness of the corrugated portion of the single-sided corrugated board. If so, it should be substantially smooth.

In the case of the box manufactured according to the present invention, the corrugated portion of single-sided corrugated cardboard appears in the main part thereof. Then, a substantially smooth sheet-like body arranged on the inside appears only in the portion of the single-sided cardboard where the patterns, letters, etc. have been cut out. Therefore, in the case of the box manufactured according to the present invention, the large uneven portions due to the corrugations of the single-sided corrugated board and the substantially smooth portions appearing from the die-cut portions effectively appear on the surface and are extremely abundant. It is possible to express a three-dimensional effect.

ある。<Effects of the Invention> As described above, in the present invention, after cutting out patterns, characters, etc. on the sheet-like body disposed on at least the outermost layer, a process of pasting each sheet-like body is performed, so that the completed box It is possible to display three-dimensional patterns and letters on the body, and it is possible to give the surface of the box a distinctive feature. Moreover, since the patterns and letters are expressed by die-cutting, it is suitable for mass production, and compared to the conventional process, only one step is added.
It is possible to manufacture a box having a novel surface shape.
