いる。 The inductor has a winding b around a toroidal magnetic core a.
It consists of an inductor body c wound with an inductor body c, and an insulator d that holds the inductor body c, and the insulator d is formed into a rectangular parallelepiped with a housing part e opening on the top surface, and the longitudinal side of the housing part e is Terminal pins f, f are embedded in the thick side walls in the direction, one end of which slightly protrudes on the top surface to form a connection part h that connects the terminal g of the winding b, and the other end is perpendicular to the bottom surface. This is a lead portion i which is led out in parallel and connected to the wiring of the circuit board. In addition, the two side walls of the insulator d that face each other in the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction are both thin.
A tongue-shaped protrusion j that is the same as or protrudes outward from the connecting portion h is integrally formed on its upper edge.

いう問題があつた。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In the above-mentioned inductor, when the inductor body c is stored in the housing part of the insulator d, the winding b is not stored until the inductor body c reaches the bottom of the housing part e.
Terminal g may be connected to connection h. In such a case, if the connection part h is immersed in molten solder and soldered, the inductor body c will be exposed to the molten solder liquid level.
There was a problem in that the solder was immersed in the wire, solidified while remaining stuck between the windings, and a solder bridge was formed between the connecting portions h and h, causing the solder to shoot out. In addition, when the inductor main body c is correctly stored in the housing part e and the inductor is mounted on the circuit board, the inductor is tilted and held in the holder of the automatic mounting device, and is supplied to the circuit board in the tilted state, and the inductor is automatically mounted. When the pusher of the device applies a pressing force to one of the tongue protrusions j and pushes it in, the protrusion j breaks because the pressing force is applied diagonally to the protrusion j, and as a result, the pusher breaks the edge of the insulator d. There was a problem in that the connection part h of the terminal pin f and the inductor body c could be damaged by pressing.

い。(Function) Since the inductor main body having an annular magnetic body is moved and stored in the recess formed on the side surface of the insulator in the thickness direction thereof, it is easy to insert the inductor main body to the bottom of the recess. In addition, since the inductor body is not exposed on the top surface of the insulator where one end of the terminal pin protrudes as a connection part, when flow soldering the connection part of the terminal pin that wraps around the end of the winding, the inductor body is exposed to the molten solder. Therefore, there is no risk of electrical shorting between the terminal pin connections. In addition, the pressing protrusion protects the connection between the end of the winding and the terminal pin, or the inductor is held in an inclined state by an automatic mounting device and is supplied diagonally onto the circuit board. Even if the pusher presses the pressing protrusion diagonally, the protrusion will not bend and be damaged, and therefore the terminal pin connection portion and the inductor body will not be damaged.

果がある。(Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to the invention, it is easy to insert the inductor main body into the recess of the insulator and hold it in the insulator, and it is possible to easily insert the inductor main body into the recess of the insulator and hold it in the insulator. Even if the inductor body is not securely housed in the recess when the inductor is fixed by flow soldering, there is no chance of shortening between the terminal pin connections due to solder adhering between the windings. Moreover, the recess has the effect of easily storing and holding the inductor body around which the winding is wound, and protecting the inductor body during flow soldering. Furthermore, when pressing the inductor with the pusher of the automatic mounting device and inserting the lead part of the terminal pin into the through hole of the printed circuit board up to the base,
The pressing protrusion protects the terminal of the winding and the connection part of the terminal pin, and the pressing protrusion does not break even if pressed diagonally, so there is no possibility of damaging the terminal pin connection part or the inductor body. The effect is that there is no
