Due to its effectiveness, it is rapidly becoming popular. This cassette-less type quick-shooting device certainly has great advantages, but compared to conventional cassette-type devices, it requires complex mechanisms such as a film supply mechanism, a film transport mechanism, and an intensifying screen contact mechanism, and is larger. On the other hand, there were restrictions on the size of the film used in order to ensure transport performance. Nowadays,
As a result of various improvements, there are now products that can use film in multiple sizes (about 3 types), but the most frequently used sizes are generally given priority, and the less frequently used sizes are given priority. , inefficient, unable to maintain conveyance performance, larger size,
Currently, it is not adopted for various reasons. It has been proposed to be able to use these special sized films, especially large sized films, by using a cassette, but in the past, it was not possible to take quick shots by confirming the fluoroscopic state before taking pictures, or there were other problems. There were various problems such as the need for a drive system and the difficulty of use.

The purpose of the present invention is to increase the usable film size while maintaining the original functions, and to improve the camera so that it can be confirmed in a fluoroscopic state and taken in quick-shot mode even when a cassette is used.

る。(e) Embodiment In FIGS. 1 and 2, the main frame (hereinafter simply referred to as the quick-shot frame) 1 of the quick-shot imaging device is arranged to be perpendicular to the top plate 2 on which the patient lies. The carriage 4 to which the film 7 is supplied from the cassette-less film supply unit 3 has built-in an intensifying screen contact mechanism 5, a film holding and transporting mechanism 6 for dividing the film 7 into upper and lower parts, and transferring the film 7. has been done. This carriage 4
is guided by a spline shaft 9 and rails 10, 12, and reciprocated between the film supply position and the photographing position by a belt drive mechanism 11. This stroke corresponds to range A when photographing the entire surface. Normally, after receiving film 7, it moves to the left by the B stroke, completes the close contact operation of the intensifying screen, waits at this position, and then moves further to the left by the C stroke when the photographing signal is issued. The camera is controlled so that it advances to the shooting position.

なものとなつている。 By the way, in order to be able to divide the typical film size of 4-cut film 7, that is, 10 inches x 12 inches, into two upper and lower halves or four parts, the film 7 of this size is placed in the carriage 4 in the width direction (in the direction of movement of the carriage 4). It must be large enough to be able to move in a direction perpendicular to the object (in the vertical direction in FIG. 1). Therefore, in a normal quick-shot photographing device, the width of the quick-shot frame 1 must be at least 1.5 times the vertical dimension of the film 7 of the above-mentioned size, and the width of the carriage 4 is also large enough to accommodate a large-sized film, such as a half-cut film 14. It is larger than Film 8, which measures 17 inches by 1 inch.

なる。 Therefore, taking into account the above-mentioned size, a cassette 17 containing a large-sized film 8 is attached to the side of the carriage 4. Therefore, an opening 16 is provided on one end surface of the operator side of the snapshot frame 1, which is covered by a light-shielding lid 15 so as to be openable and closable. The cassette holder 14 is inserted through this opening 16, and the cassette holder 14 is inserted with a screw by turning the knob 13. The holder 14 is removably attached to the side of the holder 14, and the cassette 17 can be held in the holder 14 as shown in FIG. Specifically, for example, a hook is provided at the tip of the holder 14, and the holder 14 is attached while the carriage 4 is moved to the photographing position.
Next, the cassette 17 containing the film 8 is inserted into the holder 14 through the opening 16, and at this time the hook at the tip of the holder 14 is pushed down, and when it is inserted all the way, the hook returns and the cassette 17 is fixed. (See Figure 3). The holder 14 and cassette 17 thus attached can be moved along with the carriage 4 in the left-right direction in FIG. D shows the stroke from the insertion position of the cassette 17 to the standby position during fluoroscopy, and at the left end of this stroke, the cassette 17 is replaced and the holder 14
Can be attached and detached. E indicates the stroke from the standby position of the cassette 17 during fluoroscopy to the full-screen imaging position when the cassette is in use; , E may have the same value as each stroke of A and C, and therefore, it is possible to simply change the position selection without adding a special stop position for use of the cassette. In this way, even though it is a cassetteless system, the cassette 17 is attached to the side of the carriage 4, and the movement of the carriage 4 loads the cassette 1.
It is possible to perform quick photography by moving the cassette 7 to check the fluoroscopic state and then proceeding to single-shot photography using the cassette 17.

It goes without saying that the size of the film suitable for taking single pictures should be selected, and when the cassette 17 is used, the magazine should be closed to prevent the film 7 from being exposed.

い。(F) Effects According to the quick-shooting device of the present invention, it is basically a cassette-less system, and a single-shot mechanism using a cassette can be added at any time without any hindrance to its functions. This allows the use of films of different sizes (for example, 14 inches x 17 inches), expanding the range of applications. In addition, rapid shooting is possible even when taking a single image using a cassette, and since the image can be taken while being confirmed through fluoroscopy, X-ray images can be obtained in good time. Further, even when a single-shot mechanism using a cassette is added, the film supply is independent, and there is no adverse effect on the cassette-less film transport, and the apparatus does not become larger or more complicated.
