冷房および暖房を行なう空調装置を有する車両に
好適な鉄道車両の空調ダクトに関するものであ

する上吹出しによつて送風し、客室内空気は床面
近傍に設けられたリターン口から空調装置へ戻す
とともに、暖房時、温風を床面近傍から客室内へ
供給する下吹出しによつて送風し、客室内空気は
天井面に設けられたリターン口から空調装置へ戻
す構成とした方が、客室内の温度分布を均一に保
つ上で非常に有効であることは実開昭57−204917
号公報等によつて従来より公知である。ところ
が、前述のような構成においては、天井面および
床面近傍に調和空気の吐出口およびリターン口を
設ける必要があるため、客室側面部にダクトを設
けなければならず、客室内側面の骨組が複雑にな
るという欠点があつた。また、客室内側面にダク
ト板および断熱材等を設けなければならず、構成
が複雑になるとともに部品点数の増加および製作
時における作業工数の増大等の欠点があつた。

に、腰掛受を一体成形によつて構成し、 かつ、該内装材の側壁部分および腰掛受部分の
裏面に車体上下方向に伸びるダクト空間を一体成
形によつて構成し、 該ダクト空間の一方を前記腰掛受部で室内に開
口させ、前記ダクト空間の他方を前記空調装置に
連結可能に形成した ことを特徴とするものである。

おいて、1aは内部に空洞すなわちダクトとなる
空間を有して強化プラスチツク等によつて製作さ
れ客室の側壁をなす内張板、1bは前記内張板1
aとともに一体成形によつて形成され、かつ、該
内張板1a同様に内部にダクトとなる空間を一体
成形により形成した腰掛受である。2は前記腰掛
受1bの下面に設けられた金網で、前記内張板1
aおよび腰掛受1bをリターンダクトとして用い
る際に異物を吸込まないようにするためのもので
ある。3は座ぶとん、4は背ずりふとんで、前記
腰掛受1bの上面および側面に設けられるもので
ある。5は前記一体に形成された内張板1aおよ
び腰掛受1bを車体に取付けるための取付ねじで
ある。なお、前記内張板1aおよび腰掛受1bに
おいては、内部に強度確保のための骨を該内張板
1aおよび腰掛受1bを形成する樹脂等によつて
覆い隠すようにして設けている。
