本願発明は架空配電地線の張替工法用引通し金

うことが要求されるものであつた。よつて活線状
態で取替作業を行うべく、径間の旧地線に、支持
索を所定間隔毎に支持して連結された金車群を乗
架展開して、支持索と下部の活線との接触を防止
し、工事径間に支持索を張つた後、上位置の旧地
線を弛め、下位置の支持索の張力を上げることに
より、両線の上下位置反転を行い、下位置となつ
た旧地線端に新地線を接続して旧地線を引き抜く
ことにより、新地線の径間内展開を行い、再び上
下反転を行い、新地線を緊線し、該新地線に乗架
して支持索を抱持した金車群を引き抜く工法が用

ローラー軸体10間に横向きに収まり、尚も延線
ロープWが巻き取られることにより、回転体8が
回転して引通し金具Aを通過するものである。こ
の引通し金具Aの通過時に、回転体8のローラー
軸体10間で横向きとなつた反転金車Bが、ロー
ラー軸体10と軸7間の空間内へ落ち込むのを防
いで円滑な通過を成す為軸7と直交するプレート

の取り替えが行なえるものであり、従来のように
一径間毎に展開していた反転金車群が複数工事径
間の一端より行なえ、中間柱に昇柱して長時間作
