【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、電気掃除機用集塵袋に関し、より詳
しくは、集塵性能を低下させることなく、強度を
向上させるとともに、脱臭性及び防菌性を付与し
た電気掃除機用集塵袋に関する。 〔従来の技術及び発明が解決しようとする問題
点〕 近年使い捨て紙袋を用いる電気掃除機が使用さ
れている。この掃除機に用いられる袋は掃除機で
ごみを吸引した場合、通気性が適度に良好であ
り、しかも微細なごみを通さず、衛生的で安価な
ことが要求される。 従来、これら集塵袋として、マニラ麻繊維を主
配合として単層または多層の抄合せにより最大孔
径が40〜60μ程度で坪量40〜50g/m2のフイルタ
ー紙が用いられ、又前記フイルター紙を外層紙と
し内層紙に前記フイルター紙より最大孔径が大き
く通気性の大きい和紙、レーヨン紙、化学繊維を
用いた坪量14〜16g/m2の薄葉紙を併用した袋が
使用されている。これらの集塵袋は通常2〜3
程度の集塵容積を有しており、吸引性能が低下し
たときこの袋を捨て、替りの袋を補充すればよ
く、処理が簡単で、一般家庭で使用する場合1〜
2ケ月その性能を持続する。 しかしながら、集塵袋には繊維成分、砂成分や
食品カスなど水分を含んだものまで吸い込まれる
ので、雑菌が増殖し、腐敗、悪臭の発生原因とな
る欠点があつた。このような欠点を補うため、フ
イルター紙で構成される部分に市販の殺虫剤(例
えばフエニトロチオン、ペルメトリン等)或いは
防菌剤(例えばイソプロピルメチルフエノール
等)を塗布することにより、該集塵袋に防虫性又
は防菌性を付与することが試みられてきたが、こ
れらの薬剤をフイルター紙上に定着させるために
は、結合剤を必要とし、これがフイルター紙の通
気性を著しく低下し、かえつて集塵性能の低下を
招くという問題があつた。 本発明は前記した従来使用されている集塵袋の
欠点を改善するためなされたものであり、その目
的は集塵性能を低下させることなく、強度を向上
させると共に脱臭、防菌性能を付与した袋を安価
に提供することにある。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 本発明は通気性の紙よりなる電気掃除機用集塵
袋において、該袋の少くともその内面を構成する
紙がフミン酸重量比7〜10%のNH4型アルカリ
水溶液で塗工処理された紙であることを特徴とす
る。 そして前記の塗工処理は集塵袋が単層袋の場合
にはその内面に塗工することにより、又2層袋の
場合には内層紙に塗工することにより行われる。
塗工水溶液のフミン酸濃度はその塗工性並びに通
気性、防臭及び防菌性から採択された数値であ
る。 本発明によれば集塵袋用通気性紙に前記フミン
酸の塗工処理を施すことにより、集塵袋の強度を
向上させると共に脱臭、防菌性能を付与すること
が認められ、しかもその通気性を低下することが
ない。 〔実施例〕 坪量50g/m2のフイルター紙を外層紙とし、フ
イルター紙より通気性の大きい坪量15g/m2の薄
葉紙を内層紙とした電気掃除機用集塵袋の薄葉紙
に、フミン酸(NH4型アルカリ水溶液7〜10%
(株)テルナイト製CHA−07)をフミン酸重量が3
g/m2となるように、グラビヤ印刷機を用いて全
面塗工した後、熱風乾燥したものを用いた。 本実施例と従来技術によるものとの比較試験の
結果は次の通りである。
