(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
発明者らは、発泡スチレン用ペレツトを混合さ

ついて検討した結果、従来の方法では、混合性能
が悪く又、溶剤を液体の状態で滴下する手法を採
用しているため溶剤のぬれの分布も有しており、

(実施例)
以下、本発明の一実施態様を第1図に従つて詳
述する。第1図は発泡スチレン用ペレツトの混
合、溶剤含浸装置に適用した例を示すものであ
る。第1図において、1は竪型円錐状の混合本
体、2は攪拌用の軸であり、これに上記本体の円
錐角とほゞ同一の円錐角を与えたリボン状の攪拌
羽根3が固定されている。なお、この攪拌軸2は
上下にスライドしうるように設けることが好まし
い。4は加熱媒体が流れるジヤケツトであり、入
口ノズル5、出口ノズル6を有する。7は原料ペ
レツトの装入口、8は製品排出用弁であり、弁体
9をエアシリンダ11で駆動する機構になつてい
る。又弁12からの漏れ防止のため金属ベロー1
0でシールしている。13はペレツト抜出弁、1
4は溶剤供給源(図示してない)に続いている供
給口、15,18はシール機構16は攪拌用電動
