る。(Prior Art) Communication cables are generally made of twisted pairs of two conductors (called core wires) 1 made of copper, aluminum, etc. coated with an electrically insulating coating 2, as shown in Figure 4.
Similarly, as shown in Figure 5, there is a katsudo twist, which is made by twisting four strands together, and is constructed by gathering and twisting many pairs or katsudo, for example, 100 pairs, 200 pairs, etc.
Some have many logarithms called pairs. Each pair and each corner is marked with a wire number by color or mark to facilitate wiring to the terminals of the exchange. For example, No. 1 has a core wire with a blue electrical insulation coating and a core wire with a white insulation coating twisted in pairs, No. 2 has yellow and white, No. 3 has green and white, No. 4 has red and white, and so on. 5
Number 6 is purple and white, number 6 is blue and brown, number 7 is yellow and brown, number 8 is green and brown, number 9 is red and brown, number 10 is purple and brown, and so on. A line number can be assigned to each pair. However, if we assign wire numbers to 100 or 200 pairs using only the color of the insulator, there will be many different colors.
It becomes difficult to find a twisted pair core wire that matches the wire number.

る。 Generally speaking, communication cables are twisted together in groups of 8 or 10 pairs as shown in Figure 6, and this twisted structure is called a unit. In FIG. 6, 11 is a pair or a pair. The outside of this unit 12 is lined with a thread such as cotton thread or a width of several mm (3 to 3 mm).
5mm) thin tape such as paper or plastic tape such as PVC or polyester 1
Roughly wrap Step 3 in several centimeters (5 to 10 cm) of pitch. This is called rough winding the unit.
The colors of this coarse winding 13 are blue for the first unit, yellow for the second unit, green for the third unit, red for the fourth unit, purple for the fifth unit, and two threads of blue and white for the sixth unit. Or tape, the 7th unit is yellow and white,
The 8th unit is green and white, the 9th unit is red and white,
The 10th unit is made of purple and white thread or tape to distinguish it from one another. Line numbers for the first unit are 1 to 10, and lines for the second unit are 11 to 20.
number,..., the 10th unit is numbered from 91 to 100,
All of each pair can be numbered. Such units, for example, the first unit to the tenth unit, are assembled and twisted together, and a plastic tape or the like is wrapped thereon to form a cable core.
On top of that, use plastic such as polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, or natural resin such as rubber to a thickness of 1 mm.
If it is coated to a certain extent, it will make 100 pairs of communication cables.

配線が困難になる。(Problem to be solved by the invention) When using the above communication cable,
For example, when wiring to a terminal board of a telephone exchange, the terminal board is several meters long and wide. When wiring the cable here, use an outer sheath coated with various resins for several meters.
Remove and wire each unit to the terminal board and connect to the terminals. At this time, in each unit, the loosely wound thread or tape becomes loose and the core wires become separated.
Wires with similar colors or markings may appear in the same number of units, making it difficult to tell the wire number, or the wires may become loose and come into contact with the equipment.
Wiring becomes difficult.

In other words, in order to prevent the unit from falling apart when the resin sheath of the cable is removed, a plastic tape made of polyester or the like is attached vertically to the unit, and each coated core wire in the unit is rolled up into a cylindrical shape. This is a cable (tape unit cable) in which the overlapping portions of the side edges of the longitudinally attached tape are adhered with an adhesive or the like to prevent the core wires of the unit from coming loose. However, with this method, the process of wrapping each unit in a cylindrical shape with a vertically attached tape and gluing it is cumbersome and expensive, and since the core wires inside the unit are wrapped in a cylindrical shape, the cylindrical tape is removed. It is difficult to do the wiring work because it is troublesome to do so.

In other words, the covered wires do not come apart, and wiring can be easily performed without any errors.

Fig. 1a is an explanatory diagram of the configuration of the same embodiment, Fig. 2b is a sectional view thereof, Fig. 2a is a detailed view of the unit structure of Fig. 1, and Fig. 2b is a sectional view thereof. Since this is an example of correspondence with the conventional example, the same reference numerals are used for corresponding parts. That is, in this configuration, a width larger than the outer circumference of the unit body is provided on the outside of the unit body (corresponding to 12 of FIG. A unit 22 is constructed by adhering a narrow adhesive tape 21 vertically. As the adhesive tape 21, paper or plastic tape such as vinyl chloride or polyester is suitable.
The width of the tape 21 may be narrower than the outer circumferential length of the unit 22, but it may be normally several mm (2 to 5 mm) depending on the outer diameter of the unit 22.
Then, a desired number of units 22 are assembled and twisted together, and then a plastic tape 23 made of polyester or the like is wrapped around the outer circumference of the unit 22, and the outside of the unit 22 is twisted.
It is covered with an outer covering 24 of resin such as polyvinyl chloride or polyethylene.

That is, each unit manufacturing machine 31 assembles a plurality of pairs or cutlets 11 and obtains a unit body on which a loosely wound tape 13 is applied. Thereafter, on the exit side of the unit manufacturing machine 31, the adhesive tape 21 is longitudinally adhered to each unit body, and each unit 22 thus formed is gathered together and twisted together by a twisting machine 32, and then taped by a tape winding machine 33. 23, and the resulting cable core is wound up by a cable core winder 34. In this way, the cable core can be formed all at once.

Since the unit is held in place, the core wires do not come loose due to the unit loosening, and the core wires do not come apart until they reach the required point where the tape 21 is peeled off. Therefore, terminal attachment and wiring can be easily performed without errors. Also, compared to conventional tape unit cables, the tape 21 is easier to peel off than the cylindrical tape used to suppress the variation in core wires, and the tape 21 is easier to install and is considerably more expensive. It's advantageous.

Therefore, it is possible to provide a loosely wound communication cable that is easy to manufacture and advantageous in terms of cost.
