[Related technologies and their problems] As shown in Figure 6, conventional general wave-dissipating seawalls protect the front surface or the front and back surfaces of a vertical levee 1 and a diagonal wall levee with concrete blocks 2 stacked with many protrusions. It is constructed in such a way. However, in these wave-dissipating seawalls, the slope of the concrete blocks piled up is about 1:1.3 to 1:2.0, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-47166, which is quite steep compared to natural beaches. , there are many protrusions throughout, and the fact is that the parts that are submerged in the sea do not eliminate the waves due to the effects of the protrusions placed on a steep slope, but actually make the waves larger. Also, while large waves caused by typhoons and seasonal winds gradually disappear in the case of natural beaches, on the artificially constructed beaches mentioned above, on the contrary, the waves become large and can overcome upright and sloping embankments, causing disasters. is occurring. In addition, since the scouring force caused by incoming waves and reverse undertows is directly applied without being reduced, the scouring force tends to cause subsidence.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a wave-dissipating revetment wall that can make the structure of the revetment against overtopping waves similar to that of a natural beach, and can control the waves running upstream by penetrating and absorbing them. The purpose is to provide a construction method.

[Summary of the Invention] The outline of the present invention for achieving the above object is to spread a rough sink bed mat or suction prevention material on the seabed or river bed, spread crushed stones, cobblestones, or concrete blocks on top of it, and place a futon basket on top of it. Alternatively, a gabion is stretched, and wave-dissipating blocks with at least permeable holes are built on top of the gabion at a slope of about 30% to 50%.Furthermore, the existing wave-dissipating seawall is left as it is, or its upper part is removed to fill it up. After repairing the slope to a slope of about 30% to 50%, a futon basket or gabion is placed on top of it, and wave-dissipating blocks are laid on top of it to a slope of about 30% to 50%. In addition, the wave-dissipating block at the top is laid out almost horizontally, and the wave-dissipating block has a water permeable hole penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface, and the water dissipating block has a water permeable hole penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface, and the water dissipating block has a water permeable hole that penetrates from the upper surface to the lower surface. It has a protrusion on the top.

In Fig. 1A, 11 is an upright levee, and on the seabed in front of this upright levee 11 is a coarse bed of pine 1.
2 and suction prevention material 13 are applied, and crushed stones 14, cobblestones 15, and concrete blocks 16 are placed on top of that.
The futon baskets 17 and gabions 18 are laid out on top of the futon baskets 17 and gabions 18 to form a slope of about 30% to 50%, and the tops are made horizontally. As shown in Fig. 4, a wave-dissipating block 21 having a water permeation hole 19 penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface and a protrusion 20 at the upper or lower part of the upper surface opening of the water permeation hole 19 is installed at a site close to a natural beach by 30% to 50%. The blocks are stacked along the slope of the block as shown in Fig. 2, and the top end is stacked horizontally, and connecting bars 23 are passed through the through holes 22 formed on the side surfaces of the wave dissipating blocks 21. Connect the wave blocks 21. The slope of the sea wall constructed in this way is about 30% to 50%, which is close to that of a natural beach, and the slope of the wave dissipating block 21 is an extension line 24.
is formed so that it almost reaches the tip of the vertical embankment 11. Furthermore, the structure is such that the top end is horizontal from the highest sea level 25 until it reaches the vertical embankment 11 at a certain height h. In addition, wave dissipation block 2
1 has a cruciform planar shape, and is stacked with protrusions 26 on four sides engaged with each other, and connected by connecting bars 23. Reference numeral 31 indicates a rough sunken bed mat, gabion, irregularly shaped block, etc. arranged on the seabed at the tip of the seawall.

As shown in FIG. 5, the large waves washed up on the wave-dissipating sea wall of the present invention collide with each protrusion 20 of the wave-dissipating block 21 group, generate a small backflow, flow into each water permeable hole 19, and blow into the futon. Basket 17 and Gabion 1
8 and is absorbed into the space of 16 groups of concrete blocks. During the next undertow, the seawater sucked into the space between the futon basket 17, the gabion 18, and the group of concrete blocks 16 is transferred to the wave-dissipating block 21.
It is discharged into the sea from the permeable hole 19 of the wave dissipating block 21 below the sea surface. As a result of such repetition, the waves are naturally destroyed by large waves caused by typhoons, seasonal winds, etc., and the waves are unable to overcome the vertical embankment and diagonal wall embankment.

Figure 1B shows a wave-dissipating seawall according to an embodiment of the present invention constructed by renovating an existing wave-dissipating seawall. A sand control sheet 27 is pasted on the sand prevention sheet 27, and repaired by forming a filling part 28 on the slope of 30% to 50% using concrete blocks, cobblestones, crushed rocks, irregularly shaped blocks, etc., and on top of that, a futon basket 17 and a gabion 18 are installed. It is constructed by laying wave-dissipating blocks 21 on top of it on a slope of 30% to 50%, which is similar to a natural beach. FIG. 1C shows a case where a wave-dissipating seawall according to an embodiment of the present invention is constructed on a natural beach.A sand control sheet 27 is pasted on top of which a rough single bed 29 or a gabion 18 is pasted, and on top of that a sand protection sheet 27 is pasted and a gabion 18 is placed on top of it. Wave-dissipating blocks 21 are built along the line. These FIGS. 1B and 1C have the same functions and effects as FIG. 1A.

Since the wave-dissipating blocks 21 are large blocks, they are heavy and can be arranged as they are, but they can also be constructed as connecting blocks by using connecting bars 23 or the like. If a wave-dissipating block has already been constructed in front of the vertical levee 11, the protruding part of the wave-dissipating block should be shaped or removed to fit within the planned cross section, and the blocks should be spaced to prevent the block from becoming uneven or caved in. construction of a seawall, and also leveling the beach to a preset slope.
A sand control sheet is rolled, and if necessary, a coarse bed or gabion is arranged on the top surface, and the main seawall is constructed on top of it.

By changing the way they are arranged, they can also be used as a river bank. When creating a river bank, the slope should be made even and sand-proof sheets or other anti-spill material 1 should be installed.
3 and arrange the wave-dissipating blocks 21. In this case, it is possible to arrange the blocks directly, but it is also possible to construct them as connected blocks, or by filling the permeable holes 19 with earth and sand 30 as shown in Figure 4, and planting short vegetation such as plants and flowers that do not interfere with the flow of water. As a result, it can also be used as a river environmental protection bank for urban rivers, etc.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention uses a wave-dissipating block having at least permeable holes to construct a sea wall with a slope of 30% to 50% similar to a natural beach. By effectively absorbing water from the water and returning it to the sea using undertow waves, disasters caused by overtopping waves can be prevented, and the effect is significant.
