菜等の洗浄と殺菌を同時に行うことができるし、
また、被洗浄物を水中に浸漬させた状態で排出口
側に移送させることができるので、殺菌を確実に
行なうことができる。また、本発明では、貯水槽
の下部から高温蒸気を噴出させるようにしている
から、この高温蒸気により槽内の高温水の温度低
下を防止することができる。また、本発明で前記
エアー噴気口を高温蒸気噴気口の両側に配置する
と野菜等の洗浄と殺菌を円滑に行なうことができ
