動体を前記金具本体に対して展開乃至折り畳みの
いずれの方向にも直ちに揺動させて前記揺動体の
前記金具本体に対する傾斜角度を迅速に調整する
ことが出来るのは勿論のこと、前記阻止体が常時
は前記ラツクと係合する方向に付勢されているの
で、該阻止体の操作後は前記揺動体を調整後の位
