Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は、主鎖が実質的に炭素・炭素結合から
なり、末端あるいは側鎖に加水分解性シリル基を
含むシリル基含有重合体とイソシアネート化合物
と、熱硬化型アクリル染料、アルキツド塗料、ま
たはエポキシ系塗料からなる低温で硬化可能な密
着性に優れた樹脂組成物に関する。 本発明者らは、主鎖が実質的に炭素・炭素結合
からなり、末端あるいは側鎖に加水分解性基を有
するシリル基を含有する重合体が、実質的に主鎖
が炭素・炭素結合のみからなる通常のビニル系樹
脂の特徴である高光沢、耐候性、耐変色性等の点
で塗料、コーテイング材、シーリング材及び接着
剤としての優れた特徴だけでなく、加水分解性シ
リル基による無機質の基材に対する耐溶剤性や密
着性の向上、さらに水分、特に大気中の水分によ
る常温架橋で、緻密な網状構造を形成し耐溶剤
性、耐水性、耐熱性、高い硬度、耐候性等に優れ
た樹脂になることを見い出し、先に特許出願をお
こなつている(特開昭54−36395)。 本発明者らは、さらにシリル基含有ビニル系樹
脂の検討を進め、シリル基含有ビニル系樹脂、イ
ソシアネート化合物および各種塗料の3成分から
なる樹脂組成物が、高温ではもちろん、低温でも
容易に硬化し、上記のシリル基含有ビニル系樹脂
の優れた諸物性をさらに向上させ、殊に有機物に
対する密着性の向上した硬化樹脂となることを見
い出し、本発明をなすに到つた。 即ち、本発明は、主鎖が実質的に炭素・炭素結
合の繰返しからなり、末端あるいは側鎖に加水分
解性基と結合した珪素原子を1分子中少くとも1
個有するシリル基含有重合体(A)とイソシアネート
化合物(B)および、熱硬化型アクリル塗料、アルキ
ツド塗料、またはエポキシ系塗料(C)とを有効成分
として含有する樹脂組成物を内容とする。 本発明に用いられる樹脂は、主鎖が実質的に炭
素・炭素二重結合からなるビニル系重合体からな
り、末端あるいは側鎖に加水分解性基と結合した

It improves solvent resistance and adhesion to the base material, and also forms a dense network structure through room-temperature crosslinking with moisture, especially atmospheric moisture, resulting in improved solvent resistance, water resistance, heat resistance, high hardness, weather resistance, etc. He discovered that it could be made into an excellent resin and filed a patent application (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-36395). The present inventors further investigated silyl group-containing vinyl resins, and found that a resin composition consisting of three components, a silyl group-containing vinyl resin, an isocyanate compound, and various paints, can be easily cured not only at high temperatures but also at low temperatures. It was discovered that the excellent physical properties of the above-mentioned silyl group-containing vinyl resin can be further improved, resulting in a cured resin with particularly improved adhesion to organic substances, and the present invention has been completed. That is, in the present invention, the main chain is substantially composed of repeating carbon-carbon bonds, and at least one silicon atom in each molecule is bonded to a hydrolyzable group at the terminal or side chain.
The resin composition contains a silyl group-containing polymer (A), an isocyanate compound (B), and a thermosetting acrylic paint, alkyd paint, or epoxy paint (C) as active ingredients.
