下を招くという問題があつた。このような問題も
あるだけに、放電被加工ワーク6のセツテイング
作業には、極めて高度の技能を要求されるもので
あり、実質的には熟練技術者でなければセツテイ
ングができない。このため、例えば夜間の長時間
稼働を行う際には、マグネツトテーブル7の全て
の放電被加工ワーク6の加工が終了してしまう
と、熟練作業者でない者が再び次の放電被加工ワ
ーク6をセツテイングして放電加工を再開するこ
とは困難であるという問題があつた。

めに適用しようとすると、V溝と凸溝が面として
接触することになるので、この接触面に放電加工
屑がはさまれる可能性が高く、必ずしも高い位置
決め精度が得られるとは限らないという問題があ
つた。この従来例において、常に高い位置決め精
度を得ようとすれば、V溝と凸溝の接触面上に残
る油や放電加工屑などを完全に除去する必要があ
り、そのための作業に多大の労力を必要とするこ
とから、結果としてワークの交換に長い時間を費
やしてしまうことになり、外段取り治具を使用す
る意味が薄れるという問題があつた。

取り付ける際に、簡単な作業で迅速に且つ高精度
で位置決めできるようにして、放電加工機の有効
稼働時間を増加させ得るようにした放電加工機の
外段取り用治具を提供することにある。

を所定の圧力で押さえるようになつている。

付けることが可能な専用の取付治具4をマグネツ
トテーブルで固定し、この取付治具4を用いて放
電加工機の外で予め放電被加工ワーク6をセツテ
イングできるようになつている。第2図は、放電
被加工ワーク6を取付治具4に取り付けた状態を
一例として示している。放電被加工ワーク6の取
付治具4へのセツテイングは、取付治具4上で直
角に配された位置決めプレート41上に放電被加
工ワーク6の端面を当て、マグネツトスイツチ4
3をオンにして対応するマグネツトブロツク42
を付勢し、該マグネツトブロツク42上の放電被
加工ワーク6を固定するという方式を採用してい
る。このため、本実施例では、複数個の放電被加
工ワーク6を連接したときの累積誤差が生じるこ
ともなくなり、放電加工精度の向上が可能とな
る。また、セツテイング作業の簡略化によるワー
ク位置決め精度の向上も可能となる。

化が可能となり、したがつて、放電加工機が内部
にセツトされた全ワークの放電加工を終了する
と、加工済みワークを載せた内部の上側可動プレ
ートを、予め放電加工機の外で未加工の放電被加
工ワークをセツテイングされた上側可動プレート
と交換して、放電加工を直ちに再開することがで
き、放電加工機の有効稼働時間を長くすることが
できるという効果を有するものである。また、下
側固定プレートは、上側可動プレートを所定の圧
力で押さえる1組以上の押さえ具を有しているの
で、放電加工時に生じる加工力や振動によつて上
側可動プレートが浮き上がることを防止でき、安
定して高い精度を維持できるという効果もある。
