（実施例）

た固定脚部であり、通常同一の長さだけ延設す
る。しかし延設の長さを一方にだけ長く、他方を
短かく形成しても良い。そして延設した固定脚部
４は、下方に行くに従つて若干狭めて形成され
る。上記の滑り落ち部１の固定脚部４の内側面に
は、合成樹脂製又はステンレス板材製にして、且
断面が状の係止部５を取着してやる。また侵入
防止具ａを構成する滑り落ち部１の下方を延設し
て鍔部６を形成しても良い。７は滑り落ち部１の
前後両側面部に形成した蓋部である。なお侵入防
止具ａを構成する前後側部の何れか一方の裏面部
９に一部を接着し、若干飛出した接続部材を設け
てもよい。１０はブロツク塀、１１はブロツク塀
１０を構成する上面部、１２はブロツク塀１０の
