産業上の利用分野
本発明は、同一形状あるいは異形状の複数の樹
脂成形品を共取り可能な成形金型装置に関するも

従来例の構成とその問題点
近年、ラジオ受信機やテープレコーダ等の電子
機器のキヤビネツト装置はコストダウンの傾向に
あり、同一の成形金型内で樹脂成形品の複数個取
りを行ない、成形、塗装等の二次加工の後にそれ
ぞれの樹脂成形品を切断して分離する方法が採用
されている。第6図乃至第8図に従来のキヤビネ
ツト装置を示す。第1図乃至第8図において、1
は第1の樹脂成形品、2は上記第1の樹脂成形品
の向側端に設けた第2の樹脂成形品であり、これ
らは同一の成形金型内で共取りされる。上記第
1、第2の樹脂成形品1,2は上記成形金型内の
ランナー部の軸脂3にて接合されたままで、次の
成形、塗装の加工過程に移送される。そして、上
記の過程をへた後にランナー部の樹脂3を切断し
て第1、第2の樹脂成形品1,2が分離される。
このような樹脂成形品1,2の共取りのための成
形金型はキヤビテイー型とコアー型より構成され
ており、キヤビテイー型には上記樹脂成形品1,
2毎にゲート部が設けられている。しかしなが
ら、上述した成形金型塗装では複数個の樹脂成形
品1,2を共取りするためのランナー部が複数の
樹脂成形品1,2のそれぞれの側面において樹脂
成形品1,2の外観上に現われる部分に存在する
関係で、そのランナー部の樹脂を切断した時にカ
ツト部1b,2bが外観上に現われ、製品の外観

発明の目的
本発明は前記問題点を解消するもので、簡単な
構造で、カツト部の外観上の見栄えをよくするこ
とができる成形金型装置を提供することを目的と

発明の構成
本発明の成形金型装置は、同一金型内に複数個

パーテイングライン上にアンダーカツト部を有す
るランナー部を設けることにより、成形品の二次
加工後のランナーカツト部が外観上見えない様に

テイー型、5は同じくコアー型、6はコアー型5
内に設けたスライドコアー型で、前記ランナー部
3のアンダーカツト部3aを形成し型開き時に失
印A,B方向にスライドする。7はキヤビテイー
型4内に設けたゲート部、8はコアー型5内に設
けた突出しピン、9及び10は前述の樹脂成形品
1及び2に対応して商品の外枠を形成する他方の
成形品で、その側壁9a及び10aに前記樹脂成
形品1及び2のランナー部3のカツト部の残り1
b及び2bの逃げ部9b及び10bを有する。1

以上の様に本発明によれば、複数個取り金型の
各樹脂成形品にランナー部を設けてつなぎ、かつ
ランナー部を各樹脂成形品のパーテイングライン
上にアンダーカツト部を設ける様に構成すること
により、簡単な構造で外観上にランナーカツト部
の見えない優れた複数個取りの成形金型装置を実
