この発明は、混練・加熱装置を使用して無発泡
の餅状の食品生地を製法する方法に関するもので

ら充分な水を加え、次に加圧下で混練及び加熱し
て米Aをアルフア化し、排出口11より連続して
吐出させるようにした。
