良に関するものである。

ており、このデータからみてもシートベルトの装
着は益々推進されなければならない。 従来のシートベルト装置は、シートベルトを装
着しなくても自動車は動くために装着の徹底化を
図るには十分ではなかつた。 この問題点を解決するものが特開昭57−167846
号公報に開示してある。このシートベルト装置
は、受金具の奥端にスイツチを設けたもので、係
止板を受金具に挿入しないとき、つまりシートベ
ルトを装着しないときには上記スイツチはOFF
状態にあり、キースイツチをONしてもセルモー
タは作動しない。 しかし、係止板を受金具に挿入したとき、つま
りシートベルトを装着したときには、係止板の先
端が上記スイツチを押し、ON作動してセルモー
タが作動するようにしているものである。 上記シートベルト装置によれば、シートベルト
の未装着走行は一応防止できる。 しかし、次の課題を生じる。 通常のシートベルト装置の他にスイツチなど
の部品が必要であり、その分コスト高になる。 スイツチの位置が受金具の奥端に配置してあ
るために製造が面倒である。 また、スイツチは係止板の先端で作動させ、

材と、ケースを備え車体側に固定される受部材
と、を有し、上記挿入部材は、導電性を有する掛
止体を有しており、上記受部材は、少なくとも掛
止具と挿入ガイドを上記ケース内に有しており、
上記掛止具と上記挿入ガイドには、電気回路を構
成している端子がそれぞれ接続してあり、上記掛
止具と上記挿入ガイド間は、上記掛止体の未挿入
時は電気的に断路状態にあり、上記掛止体の挿入
時には、上記掛止体を介して上記掛止具と上記挿
入ガイドは電気的に接続状態となつて乗物用エン
ジンが始動できるようにした、乗物用シートベル
ト装置である。
