[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a method for constructing a large twin-hulled crane ship and other offshore structures, and particularly relates to a method for constructing a large twin-hulled crane ship and other offshore structures. It's about how things are built in docks and at sea. Incidentally, a twin-hulled structure is a structure in which two floating bodies are connected by a deck section or a platform section.

[Prior Art] When attempting to construct a twin-hulled structure with a size exceeding the width of a dock, the following methods have conventionally been used. In other words, the structure is constructed by dividing a large structure into several blocks and assembling the blocks using a floating crane at sea, or by using two adjacent docks and straddling both docks. There are two methods of construction: the twin hull is lowered, the deck or platform is floated above it, and then the twin hull is floated again to be assembled and constructed.

However, the above method uses a floating crane, and it is difficult to position each block when assembling it with this floating crane. Also, since each block is welded, the number of welding points increases, which makes the work more dangerous. This has the drawback of increasing the overall cost.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention improves the construction of a conventional floating crane by constructing a twin-hulled structure that exceeds the width of the dock, mostly within the dock, and finally constructing it at sea using a separate floating structure. The purpose is to eliminate the need for welding, minimize work such as welding at sea, and simplify construction.

[Structure of the Invention] The method for constructing a twin-hulled structure of the present invention involves positioning the buoyant twin-hulled portions of the structure in a dock with a narrowing distance between them in accordance with the width of the dock, and When placing a deck or platform on two bodies, one body and the deck or platform should be assembled in their normal position, and the other body should be assembled inside the normal position with respect to the deck or platform. The ship is constructed in a dock by temporarily attaching it in a shifted position, and then floated in the dock as it is and docked. After supporting the deck part or platform part at sea using a barge etc., the above-mentioned The other body, which has been temporarily attached by shifting it inward from the normal position, is moved to the normal position and permanently attached to construct the twin-body structure.

[Example] Example 1 Figures 1 to 3 show an example of the present invention. When constructing a twin-hulled structure larger than the width of the dock, first, the first As shown in the figure, one of the twin body parts 1a and 1b having buoyancy is shifted inward from the normal mounting position to create a facing interval that matches the width of the dock 2, and a frame is installed inside the dock 2. 3, the body parts 1a and 1b with the above-mentioned facing interval narrowed are placed. Next, the body parts 1a and 1b are connected to a beam 4 with a temporary frame 5 incorporated therein.
In addition, a deck section or platform section 6 having a width wider than the dock width is placed over the body sections 1a and 1b, and the deck section or platform section 6 and the body section 1a are It is fixed at the normal position, and the deck section or platform section 6 and the body section 1b are temporarily attached at a position shifted inward from the normal position.

Another barge 7 is inserted between the twin hulls at sea, and the deck section or platform section 6 is supported by the barge 7. Then, as shown in Fig. 2, the barge 7 is placed on a working scaffold. As a result, the temporary frame 5 is removed and the connection between the body parts 1a and 1b is cut off.

Next, either remove the temporary attachment between the trunk 1b and the deck or platform 6 and lower the trunk 1b slightly by adjusting the buoyancy, or lift the deck 6 with the barge 7. Torso 1b
A gap δ is created between the body part 1b so that the body part 1b can move freely, and after moving this body part 1b to the normal mounting position using a winch or the like (not shown), the body part 1b is
The upper end of the deck portion 6 is brought into contact with the deck portion 6 again to perform the final attachment. Thereafter, the regular beams 8 are inserted and attached to the temporary beams removed from between the beams 4 of the body parts 1a and 1b on both sides, and the construction is completed. 9 is a roller attached to the upper end of the purge 7. Note that rollers are not required if only the deck part is to be lifted.

Embodiment 3 FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the method of moving the trunk 1b on the sea is further changed as in the case of FIG. 1
A support device including a frame 11 equipped with jacks 12 and rollers 13 is placed on top b, and the deck section 6 is slightly lifted from the upper end of the body section 1b using the jacks 12. In this state, while rolling the rollers 13, the body is Move the part 1b to the proper mounting position, then tighten the jack 12.
After shortening the deck part 6 and placing it on the upper end of the body part 1b, the main body part 1b is attached and constructed. The shape of the pedestal 11 in this embodiment may be other than that shown.
