て水中へ入れ、浮力を利用して人手で掬い取つて
いるのである。しかるにこの作業は前屈姿勢であ
り、かつ冷水を用いる事が多く、重労働であると
共に作業効率も低く、又豆腐を多数ランダムに水
中に保存し、その中から一個一個掬い上げる為に
豆腐相互あるいは豆腐と人手間の当接で豆腐がく
ずれ歩留りが低下するし、人手によるが為に細菌
汚染の機会も大である等種々の問題がある。

等各種の公知手段を用いる事が出来る。

る。この場合二次水槽4の水位はその下限を、下
方のパツクbの上面程度までとしておくと豆腐a
は自然な状態でパツクb内へ収まるので豆腐aに
傷を付ける事がない。この様にしてパツク詰めさ
れた豆腐は、搬送コンベア8を作動させ二次水槽
4外へ運バレ、又二次水槽4内へは給水管10を
通して給水されその水位が一次水槽1のそれと略
等しくなつた時点で仕切板6を解除し両水槽を連
通状となし、再度同様の操作を繰り返すのであ
る。

を設けた。二次水槽4内には搬送コンベア8を配
設し、同搬送コンベア8の上面にはパツクbを定
位置に安定させる為のコンベアガイド12を突設
し、かつ搬送コンベア8の上方両側にはパツクb
の上方開口縁部を挾持しパツクbが浮上がらない
様に保持する為の溝付ガイド棒13を配設した。
又二次水槽4に取付けた排水管9はそれを排水電
磁弁14を介し排水タンク14に導通し、更に排
水ポンプ16を介し高所に配備した貯水タンク1
7へ導通し、該貯水タンク17から出る給水管1
0はその中途に給水電磁弁18を具備せしめた。

に豆腐に無理な力が加わる事がないので豆腐を破
損する事なく、しかも全く人手を触れる事がない
ので衛生的であるという効果がある。
