[Purpose of the Invention] (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention uses a belt-shaped packaging material made of a transparent material and having a width that can securely wrap coins of multiple denominations with a maximum cumulative height. The present invention relates to a coin packaging machine for packaging multiple denominations of coins with different cumulative heights so that the inside of each denomination coin can be seen by utilizing the transparency of the packaging material. This invention relates to the identification display of packaging contents by denomination, such as denomination and amount, etc., of packaged coins. (Prior Art) Generally, the packaging material used in this type of coin packaging machine is made of paper or transparent material such as cellophane paper and synthetic resin such as polyethylene. Coins of multiple denominations are packaged using this packaging material. Therefore, the denomination of the coin to be packaged with the packaging material cannot be specified, and therefore, the packaging contents such as the denomination of the coin to be packaged cannot be displayed in advance on the packaging material. Therefore, when packaging coins, on the surface of the packaging material, the contents of the package are displayed in denomination letters, and the denomination is color-coded to determine the denomination (for example, 10 yen coins are yellow,
The 500 yen coin is displayed in a color for each denomination (e.g., green), amount letters, denomination coin designs, combinations of these, etc. If the above packaging material is made of paper, for example,
As described in Japanese Patent No. 53-50705, the packaging contents of the denomination coin to be packaged are printed on the surface of the packaging material supplied in the coin packaging process. However, since the packaging contents are printed on the surface of the packaging material while the packaging material is being supplied, blurring, blurring, etc. occur, making it difficult to print clearly. In addition, in many of the packaging materials, the printing ink is wrapped around the circumferential surface of the accumulated coins before it dries, and the wrapping is performed by a wrapping roller that grips and rotates the accumulated coins, so the surface of the packaging material and the wrapping roller are The printed part easily rubbed and became unclear when it came into contact with the paper. In addition, if the packaging material is made of transparent synthetic resin, even if you try to print the packaging contents on the surface of the packaging material supplied during the coin packaging process, the printing ink will not penetrate or adhere to the surface of the packaging material, making it difficult to print. Because it is difficult to do so, no display is made to identify the packaging contents of the packaged coin, but it is possible to identify the packaging content from the coin itself by utilizing the transparency of the packaging material. However, even though the denomination of the coins can be identified, the number and amount of coins must be calculated by counting the number of coins in the packaged coins, which is extremely time consuming and difficult to count accurately.
Also, regarding the identification of denominations, when there are two or more types of coins of the same color, such as white bronze coins (100 yen coin,
50 yen coin, 500 yen coin), there was a problem that it was easy to misidentify the denomination. (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As mentioned above, when the packaging material is made of a transparent material, it is difficult to print the package contents of the packaged coin at the time of packaging. There was no indication identifying the contents. Therefore, the only means of identification is to utilize the transparency of the packaging material, and it has been difficult to reliably identify the package contents by denomination, such as denomination and amount. The present invention has been made in view of these problems, and is a coin packaging machine that wraps coins of multiple denominations with a packaging material made of a transparent material. (Example) Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be explained in detail. First, the configuration of a coin packaging machine to which the packaging content identification and display device of the present invention is applied will be explained. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a coin supply mechanism, which sends coins C supplied onto a rotating disk 2 from a hopper part (not shown) to a coin passage 3 by centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the rotating disk 2. The coins C are transferred on the coin path 3 by the transfer belt 4, and during this transfer, the transferred coins C are detected and counted by a sensor of a counter 5 disposed at the end of the coin path 3. Ru. When the counting unit 5 counts a preset number of coins (for example, 50 coins) as the number of packaging units, a stopper (not shown) provided in the counting unit 5 advances into the coin passage 3 and follows. Coin C
At the same time, the rotating disk 2 and the transfer belt 4 are also temporarily stopped in response to a counting end signal from the counting section 5. Note that the set number of coins C are ejected from the end of the coin passage 3 through the coin guide 6. Further, one of the passage width regulating pieces 7, 7, which are arranged on both sides of the coin passage 3 and determine the passage width, can be adjusted and moved in the passage width direction, and is adjusted to a width position corresponding to the diameter of the denomination coins to be counted and packaged. Further, the counting section 5 is fixed to the moving regulating piece 7 and its movement is adjusted integrally therewith. Reference numeral 8 denotes a denomination setting section, which includes a denomination knob 9 for selecting and setting the denomination to be counted and packaged, an adjustment shaft 10 rotated by the denomination knob 9, and one of the regulating pieces 7 fixed to the adjustment shaft 10. passage width adjustment cam 11 that comes into contact with
and a bevel gear 1 fixed to the lower end of the adjustment shaft 10.
The denomination setting section 8 makes adjustments to mechanisms that require adjustment due to differences in coin system, thickness, coin height, etc., when setting and changing denominations. Although the denomination setting is performed using the denomination knob 9, the denomination of each mechanism is adjusted by operating the denomination selection button using an adjustment motor that rotates the denomination selection button group and the adjustment shaft 10. It may be a configuration. 14 is a coin stacking section, which includes a cylindrical stacking cylinder 15;
A pair of shutter plates 1 facing the lower end of this stacked cylinder 15
6, 16, and a shutter opening/closing mechanism 17 provided at the rear end of the shutter plates 16, 16. The coins C, which are continuously fed out one by one from the coin passage 3, are fed into the stacking cylinder 15 by the coin guide 6 and stacked on the shutter plates 16, 16, and are also moved by the shutter opening/closing mechanism 17. By temporarily opening the shutter plates 16, 16, the coins C are discharged in a stacked state. Note that the double stacking cylinder 15 can be used as a cylinder dedicated to a single denomination and replaced with a new denomination cylinder when changing the denomination, or can be operated in conjunction with the operation of the denomination setting section 8 to adjust the diameter of the coin C. The diameter of the stacking space inside the stacking cylinder 15 is adjusted accordingly. 18 is a coin wrapping mechanism, which is connected to the shutter plate 16,
Three wrapping rollers 19 and 2 are arranged close to each other below the coins 16 and can selectively clamp the circumferential surface of stacked coins.
The stacked coins stored in the stacking cylinder 15 are normally located at the standby position on the lower side of the packaging rollers 19, 20, 21 of 0, 21, and the packaging rollers 19, 20, 2.

Then, the packaging material W is transferred to the packaging roller 19,
It is comprised of a plurality of packaging material guides (not shown) that guide the stacked coins to the circumferential surface between the stacked coins 20 and 21. Then, the coin guide rod 22 is connected to the packaging roller 1.
After moving horizontally from the standby position on the lower side of the packaging rollers 19, 20, 21 to the lower part between the packaging rollers 19, 20, 21, it rises between the packaging rollers 19, 20, 21 and is located at the lower part of the shutter plates 16, 16. It supports stacked coins released by opening the shutter plates 16, 16 immediately after that. Next, it descends in that state to temporarily support the stacked coins at the wrapping position between the wrapping rollers 19, 20, and 21, and when the wrapping is finished, it moves further downward and then moves horizontally and returns to the standby position. I'm starting to do that. Note that this coin guide rod 22 guides the stacked coins to the wrapping rollers 19 and 2.
When supporting at a packaging position between 0 and 21, the stacked coins are located in the center with respect to the packaging material W because multiple denominations of coins with different stacking heights are packaged in the packaging material W of the same width. The support position of the coin guide rod 22 can be adjusted, and this adjustment is performed in conjunction with the operation of the denomination setting section 8. Further, the height of the coin guiding rod 22 may not be adjusted and the coin guiding rod 22 may be packaged at a constant height. In addition, the above packaging roller 1
9 and 20 have their positions fixed, and
The packaging roller 21 is rotatably provided around a point O, and these packaging rollers 19, 20, 21 are rotationally driven by a motor (not shown). A roll-shaped packaging material support section 25 is provided, which has a braking roller 25c that contacts the outer periphery of the support disk 25b to apply a predetermined braking force and stop rotation due to inertia of the support disk 25b. The packaging material W is pulled out by the packaging material supply rollers 26 and 27. A cutting blade 28 is disposed with its center protruding facing the pulled-out packaging material W, and arc-shaped guides 29 are provided on both sides of the supply path that guides the packaging material W to the coin packaging mechanism 18.
A guide 30 and guides 31 and 32 made of an elastic plate spring material are provided, respectively, and a base plate 33 is provided that supports these guides 29, 30, 31, 32, etc. and guides the lower edge of the packaging material W. It is being Reference numeral 34 denotes a packaged coin discharge device, which includes a gutter section 35 for changing the posture of the packaged coins discharged from the coin wrapping mechanism 18 in a vertical position to a horizontal position so that the lower end side faces toward you, and discharging the packaged coins from the gutter section 35. A conveyor 36 that conveys the released packaged coins, a carrier 37 that receives the packaged coins conveyed by this conveyor 36 and holds them in a horizontal state, and a receiving position where this carrier 37 is a fixed position facing the end of the conveyor 36. It is comprised of a chain mechanism 38 that raises the coins from the carrier 37 to an approximately vertically upward take-out position, and a take-out mechanism 39 that takes out the packaged coins from the carrier 37 and discharges them into the receiving box 40 at the take-out position. Then, the chain mechanism 38 is rotated in the forward and reverse directions, and during the normal rotation, the carrier 37 is pushed from the receiving position to the take-out position, and when the chain mechanism 38 is reversed, the carrier 37 is moved back from the take-out position to the receiving position, and at the receiving position, the carrier 37 is pushed back. Prepare to accept packaged coins. The chain mechanism 38 is started by detecting the reception of the wrapped coin into the carrier 37, and the reciprocating time of the carrier 37 is determined by the coin wrapping-cycle time (from when the wrapped coin is released to the gutter 35 to the next cycle). The time is approximately equal to the time it takes for the packaged coins to be discharged into the gutter 35, or more precisely, the time is shorter than the time (between one rotation of the cam line shaft 42, which will be described later). In addition, gutter part 3
The means for conveying the packaged coins from 5 to the carrier 37 is not limited to the conveyor 36, but may be a pusher mechanism that pushes the packaged coins from the gutter 35 to the carrier 37, or the carrier 37 may be placed directly in the gutter 35. good. Reference numeral 41 denotes a control unit for controlling the wrapping cycle of the coin wrapping operation, and is composed of a cam line shaft 42 that rotates once during the wrapping cycle, and a plurality of cam groups and cam switch groups fixed to this cam line shaft 42. The configuration of each cam in the cam group is that the cam 43 is a cam for operating the one-rotation keep switch SW 1 (SW 1 to SW 3 , see FIG. 2) of the cam line shaft 42, the cam 44 is a cam for operating the supply roller 26, The cam 45 is a cam for operating the pen operating switch SW 3 of the condition applying means 51 of the packaging content identification display device, which will be described later. Further, a gear 50 is fixed to the camline shaft 42 and rotates by receiving rotation from a motor (not shown). Next, the package content identification display device will be explained. 51 is a condition imparting means;
A pen 52 as a condition imparting section is provided facing the side surface of the supply roller 26. This pen 52 consists of a pen body 52a containing a special liquid and a felt pen tip 52b protruding from this pen body 52a, and this pen body 52a is inserted into a large diameter cylindrical part 53a of a cylindrical slide rod 53. The front end of the pen body 52a is fixed at the tip of the large diameter cylindrical part 53a (lower side in FIG. 2), and a small diameter cylindrical part 53b is opened through the front end of the large diameter cylindrical part 53a, and the pen The tip portion 52b penetrates and protrudes from the front end of the slide rod 53. A flange portion 53c is formed at the rear end of the slide rod 53, and the back surface of the flange portion 53c is screwed to a longitudinally elongated plate-shaped abutment plate 54. In addition, the pen 52
The pen 52 can be attached and fixed by inserting the pen 52 into the large diameter cylindrical part 53a of the slide rod 53 and then screwing it to the backing plate 54.The pen 52 can be attached and detached when replacing the pen 52, or when the pen 52 is replaced. If 52 is a liquid replenishment type, this is performed at the time of replenishment. The slide rod 53 is slidably inserted into a cylinder cylindrical portion 55a that is opened through the cylinder 55, and the slide rod 53 is normally positioned at a position where the pen tip portion 52b faces into the cylinder cylindrical portion 55a (see Fig. 2). solid line position). Further, a pair of double-opening shutters 56, 56 is swingably provided at the front end of the cylinder 55, and the cylinder cylindrical portion 55a is always closed by the biasing force of a torsion spring (not shown), thereby causing the pen tip portion 52b The cylinder cylindrical part 66 where is located
The space inside a becomes airtight, and the special liquid is prevented from evaporating from the pen tip portion 52b. Also, cylinder 5
An elastic shock absorber 57 is attached to the rear surface of the slide rod 5, and serves to reduce the impact when the slide rod 53 moves forward and its flange portion 53c comes into contact with the cylinder 55. Note that a notch hole 33a is formed in the base plate 33 to prevent interference with the lower end of the contact plate 54. Reference numeral 58 denotes a movable base, on which the lower surface of the cylinder 55 is fixed, and on this movable base 58 the base plate 33 is fixed.

Due to the biasing force of the tension spring 72, the pen 52, slide rod 53, etc. return to their normal positions (solid line positions in FIG. 2). The excitation period of this solenoid SD, that is, the application period of the pen tip portion 52b is the cam 4 of the control section 41.
This is the period of 100° from when the cam 45 starts rotating from its home position (in the direction of the arrow in Figure 2) until the switch SW 3 is switched to the on contact, and the packaging material Supply period (120° during which the supply rollers 26 and 27 are driven by switching the switch SW 2 to the on contact by the cam 44)
The reason for this will be explained later. The vertical length of the contact plate 54 is made long enough to allow the contact 67 to always come into contact with it even when the plate 54 is moved to the highest position and the lowest position by the denomination adjustment movement. Next, the packaging material W will be explained with reference to FIG. 4. The packaging material W is made of a material such as transparent cellophane paper or a transparent uniaxially stretched high-density polyethylene film made of synthetic resin (or an opaque paper material) and is formed into a flat and elongated shape. A packaging content display section 74 is printed on the opposite surface of the packaging material W to the surface that contacts the supply roller 26, that is, the roller-shaped outer surface of the roller-shaped packaging material W0 , and this packaging content display section 74 has an arrow pattern as a mark. Packaging content display for each denomination 74
a, 74b, 74c, 74d, 74e, and 74f are printed at different positions in the width direction of the packaging material W. The printing, that is, the printing of the arrow patterns of each denomination-specific packaging content display 74a to 74f, is printed with a colorless and transparent gravure type special ink, and although each arrow pattern is colorless and transparent and cannot be seen at the printing stage, it is a water-based type. When the special liquid is applied with the colorless pen 52, the applied arrow pattern becomes colored, for example, red. Further, each denomination amount visible display 75a, 75b, 75c, 75d, 75e,
75f is printed in the form of letters and numbers in a visible normal printing format (for example, printed in green), and the above-mentioned red colored arrow pattern points to any of the characters in the denomination/amount visible display 75a to 75f. The denomination and amount can be identified by reading the numbers. Next, the printing position, printing pitch, etc. of each denomination packaging content display 74a to 75f and each denomination amount visible display 75a to 75f of the packaging material W for each denomination coin will be explained by showing specific numbers. The following table shows the dimensional relationship between each denomination coin and each display of the packaging material W.
