(Prior technology) Cloisonné plates are made by applying glass powder containing a desired coloring agent to each section on a placenta made of a metal plate made of silver, copper, etc., which has a convex section pattern on its surface. It is highly prized as a work of art and craft because it produces a glossy color pattern and exudes the traditional beauty of ancient Japan, which is dreary and desolate. .

Recently, attempts have been made to apply such cloisonné plates not only to traditional arts and crafts, but also to accessory products such as pendants and brooches.
In the case of a pendant as shown in the figure, a cloisonné plate 2 with a glass layer 5 welded to the front and back surfaces of a placenta 4 is attached to an adherent member 1 made of the base metal of the pendant using an adhesive 3 made of vinyl acetate resin or the like. It is formed to be glued.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when the conventional cloisonné plate 2 has the glass layer 5 welded onto the placenta 4, the placenta 4 made of metal
Since cracks occur in the glass layer 5 due to stress due to the difference in thermal contraction rate between the glass layer 5 and the glass layer 5,
In order to relieve stress during such contraction in advance, the placenta 4 is curved so that its cross-sectional shape is arched, and therefore the cloisonné plate 2 has a concave shape on the back side. Therefore, when this cloisonné board 2 is attached to a flat attachment member 1 such as a pendant, a void A is formed between the cloisonné plate 2 and the attachment member 1, making it difficult to accidentally drop the pendant. Cloisonné board 2 for special occasions, etc.
When an external stress is applied that presses it toward the blank A side, the cloisonné plate 2 is elastically deformed, and this elastic deformation may cause many cracks to occur in the glass layer 5 or cause the glass layer 5 to break away from the placenta 4. As a result, the beauty of the cloisonné plate is greatly impaired, and its commercial value as an accessory is significantly reduced.

In addition, when the entire space A between the cloisonné board 2 and the adhered member 1 is filled with resin and bonded, shrinkage stress when the resin hardens is applied to the cloisonné board 2, and when the resin hardens, the cloisonné There was also a problem in that the glass layer 5 of the plate 2 became scratchy.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, and its purpose is to be able to fill the gap between the cloisonne plate and the adherend with resin without causing cracks in the glass layer of the cloisonné plate. To provide a decorative member that does not cause the glass layer of a cloisonné board to be chipped or cracked even when external force is applied due to falling or the like.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The decorative member according to the present invention is provided by disposing an adherent member on the back side of a concavely formed cloisonne plate, and attaching the cloisonné plate to the adherend member via an adhesive. In the adhesively bonded decorative member, a resin filling hole is provided in a part of the attached member facing the approximate center of the cloisonné plate, and the entire back side of the cloisonné plate is covered between the cloisonné plate and the adhered member. In addition, the filling hole portion of the adherend member is filled with resin so as to form a space.

The adherend member 11 has a convex wall 13 formed on its upper outer periphery and a resin filling hole 17 formed in its center. This filling hole 17 allows shrinkage stress to be applied to the cloisonne plate 12 when the resin 16 (described later) hardens.
It must be formed in a portion facing approximately the center of the cloisonné board 12 so that no voltage is applied thereto. A cloisonné board 12 is mounted within the convex wall 13 of the adherend 11.
This adherend member 11 is formed by employing a conventionally well-known press molding method, hole punching method, or the like.

The cloisonné board 12 is composed of a placenta 14 made of metal such as silver or copper, and a glass layer 15 to which a desired coloring pigment is added. That is, the glass layer 15 is a member that gives aesthetic appearance to the cloisonné plate 12, and is made of glass powder made of, for example, lead oxide, silicon oxide, boric acid, magnesium oxide, etc., for example, gold colloid,
After adding coloring pigments consisting of cobalt, nickel, praseo yellow, titanium oxide, tin oxide, iron oxide, etc., and applying this to the placenta 14, approximately 400~
It is formed on the placenta 14 by heating and welding at 1000°C.

In the cloisonné plate 12, a glass layer 15 is welded to the surface of the placenta 14, which has an arched cross section, in order to relieve stress caused by the difference in thermal contraction rate between the placenta 14 and the glass layer 15.

In the present invention, the cloisonné plate 12 and the adhered member 11
It is important to fill the resin into the void formed between the two and leaving a space approximately in the center on the side of the adherend 11. Therefore, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the resin 16 is filled with the resin 16 leaving an elliptical space B in the vicinity of the resin filling hole 17 of the adherend 11. In this way, if the resin 16 having the space B on the side of the adherend 11 is filled between the cloisonné plate 12 and the adherend 11, the cloisonné plate 1
2, even if an external stress that presses the adherend member 11 is applied, all the external stress is absorbed by the resin 16 as it is, and the resin 16 is deformed in the space B, so that the space is released into B. Therefore, the cloisonné board 12 does not undergo elastic deformation, and the glass layer 15 of the cloisonné board 12 can be prevented from being chipped or cracked. In addition,
Since the resin 16 is bonded to the cloisonné board 12 and the adherend 11, the space B provided in the resin 16 absorbs the shrinkage stress that occurs when the resin 16 hardens and shrinks, and the shrinkage stress of the resin 16 absorbs the shrinkage stress. This also effectively prevents cracks from occurring in the glass layer 15.

The filling of the resin 16 is performed by pointing the resin filling hole 17 of the adherend 11 upward and gradually injecting the resin from the resin filling hole 17 with a syringe. After B is formed, it is completed by heating and curing at about 60°C to 120°C.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the decorative member of the present invention, a resin filling hole is provided in the adhered member in the portion facing the approximately central portion of the cloisonné plate, and a space is formed in the filling hole portion. As described above, by filling the space between the cloisonné plate and the adhered material with resin, it is now possible to fill the resin so that the entire back side of the cloisonné plate is covered, which in turn makes it possible to improve the cloisonné plate machine. This makes it possible to dramatically increase the mechanical strength of the glass layer, and prevent chipping and cracks from occurring in the glass layer even if external stress is applied due to a drop or the like.
