械的にクランプするものが知られている。このク
ランプ装置は、厚さの厚い金型の場合は機械的に
クランプしても金型がそれほど歪まないので問題
はないが、金型が数百ミクロン位の薄さのものに
なると機械的にクランプすると歪みを生じて、そ
れが再生、検査の障害となるばかりか、後工程に
おける不良の原因となる。又、第1図に示すよう
に一般に円盤状記録担体金型Aは反り、歪みを生
じているため(特に薄い金型の場合はそうである
ことが多い)、クランプ時にその反りを矯正する
必要があるが、上記従来のクランプ装置では金型
の中央部のみを機械的にクランプするようになつ
ているために、全体的に反りを矯正することがで

体金型13の外周部は吸引されて上回転テーブル

の信号記録領域のクランプを本発明実施例のよう
に磁気吸着で行なうことにより適度な吸着力で押
圧でき、所望の平面度を得ることができる。とこ
ろで、円盤状記録担体金型13の周辺部は数回の
剥離工程を経るために歪みを持つていることが多
い。そのため、磁気吸着では周辺部を均一に吸着
することができない。仮にこの状態で回転テーブ
ルを回転させると、周辺部に矯正されないで残る
歪みが振動源として作用し、それが再生、検査に
支障をきたす。従つて、周辺部は強い力で押圧す
る必要がある。そこで円盤状記録担体金型13の
周辺部においては本発明実施例のように真空吸着
により強い力で押圧することによつて回転時に生
じる振動を防止することができる。このとき、真
空押圧力が信号領域に作用しないように真空シー
ルリング8a及び8bを設けることによつて、周
