``Problems that inventions aim to solve'' However, when rebuilding aging buildings into high-rise buildings that occur during urban redevelopment, etc., issues such as business compensation for tenants and securing a new location during construction are more important than the construction itself. However, the preliminary preparations before the start of construction are complicated and require extremely difficult work, and there are cases where redevelopment work is impossible because the current tenants do not agree to move temporarily. .

This trend is reflected in high value-added office areas in cities,
Alternatively, the larger the area becomes, or the larger the structure, the more tenants there are, and the more negotiation departments there are, the more difficult the work becomes. There are many examples where this is not possible.

"Means for Solving Problems" and "Operation" The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and its gist is to
The foundation for the high-rise reconstruction building will be constructed by penetrating a part of the existing building within the plan of the existing building as determined in the summary, and the core part of the building will protrude from the roof of the existing building to a predetermined level. A strong slab work gantry will be assembled on the roof of the building to serve as a work base for the work on the ground floor and a curing frame, and will be connected to the steel frame of the core section via jacks so that it can be lowered, and the steel frame of the core section will be added. At the same time, there is a suspension frame on the work platform, and beams and beams on each floor above the ground.
The floor will be constructed in advance, and the suspension frame and the beams and floors on each floor will be lifted up and fixed, and the exterior and interior work will be completed. The upper floor of the work gantry will be completed and tenants will be relocated. The tenant contractor's plan is to demolish part or all of the existing building, lift down the work platform, fix the lift-down of the beams and floors that were previously constructed, and perform exterior and interior work to construct the lower floor. The key point is that it has made it possible to rebuild aging buildings into high-rise buildings without having to relocate them to another location.

"Figure 3" A strong slab that can withstand any falling objects will be built on the work platform 8, and will serve as a curing platform for ultra-safe construction and a work base for ground floor construction. Thus, the work platform 8 serves as a protective platform, material storage area, and construction management base for the safety protection of the existing building 1 below, and construction via this is a feature of the present invention. After completing the construction of such safety protection, two sections of the steel frame for the core section 6 will be erected.

"Figure 6" After the roof floor construction is completed, tower crane 7 will be dismantled and the upper floor will be completed. Next, in the illustrated example, the tenants on the 4th to 9th floors of the existing building 1 are relocated to the newly built upper floors, the tenants on the 1st to 3rd floors continue to operate, the 4th floor is used as a curing floor for demolition on the 5th to 9th floors, and the 9th to 9th floors are relocated.

``Figure 7'' After dismantling up to the 5th floor, the lower 7th floor will be completed while lifting down the work platform 8 that had been constructed in advance. After the construction of the lower 7th floor is completed, the tenants on the 1st to 3rd floors will be relocated to the upper floors. After that, the first to third floors will be demolished and the lower three floors will be completed. Work platform 8 will be dismantled and removed.

Furthermore, the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. 10 is for redevelopment where a plurality of buildings are combined into one, and in this case, the road 12 between the existing buildings 1, . . . corresponds to the above-mentioned courtyard. Therefore, construction is possible if the core is constructed in advance by using the portions 13, .

In addition, one of the construction techniques required to carry out the present invention is to hollow out existing basements and pressure plates in work spaces such as courtyards and construct support piles to support newly constructed buildings. A large number of existing technologies exist, and it is technically possible to cope with this problem.
