ある。 Furthermore, in the same manner, the third conventional molding die has one recess in each recess at a predetermined position in the recess of the lower mold.
During secondary vulcanization, at least a portion of the primary molding of the first bottom material of the type or colors or colors is formed in each of the shallow depressions by an overwhelming amount of the primary molding of the second bottom material. It is extruded from the inside, and after secondary vulcanization, it forms part of the base of the secondary shape of the second bottom material and part of the periphery of each spike part, and in the same way, the external appearance is significantly changed. Although there were defects that caused damage and reduced the value of the product, the purpose of this was to overcome these defects and improve productivity.

When the second bottom material is primarily vulcanized, a plurality of depressions or grooves are formed in advance at predetermined locations on the lower surface of the upper mold, the opening edges of which are smaller than the bottom surface. A portion of the bottom material is filled and molded. Therefore, when the upper mold is removed from above the middle mold after the first vulcanization, the temporary molded product cast from the middle mold is attached to the lower surface side of the upper mold. Not only does it not require the trouble of molding out the material, but also the primary molding product molded from the middle mold can be used for primary molding of other bottom materials in the recess of the lower mold by simply closing the lower mold with the upper mold. It was possible to smoothly transition to secondary vulcanization without requiring any means for placing it on the object, and productivity was significantly improved.

成形物の場合には特に望ましい。 Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the middle mold b' is stacked on top of the lower mold c', and the upper mold c' is stacked on top of the middle mold b', and then closed. Primary vulcanization is carried out at a temperature and pressure of 1, to form primary molded products d' and e' in which the bottom materials d and e can maintain their desired shapes but are not yet completely vulcanized. Therefore, when the upper mold a' is removed from the middle mold b, the upper mold a has recesses or grooves 11 and 1 at predetermined portions on the lower surface side of the upper mold a, as shown in FIG.
The primary molded product d' of the first bottom material is attached in a state where a part of the primary molded product d' of the first bottom material is fitted inside the first part. Further, when the middle mold b' is removed from the lower mold c', the middle mold b' is filled with different types of material inside the lower mold c' in each recess 17 around each protrusion 16 at a predetermined position on the lower surface side of the middle mold b'. Each primary molding of the second bottom material of
The excess molded part f of e' is pushed in. Therefore, the excess molded portion f may be removed. Furthermore, there is no primary molded product d' within the recess 14 of the medium mold b'. Furthermore, the lower mold c' has a primary molded product e of a different type of second bottom material housed in each recess 19 at a predetermined position within the recess 18 on the upper surface side thereof.
Next, when the lower mold c' is closed with the upper mold a', the primary molded product d' of the upper mold a is fitted into the recesses 20, 20 in the shape corresponding to spikes of the lower mold c'. 1
9 and is housed in the recess 18 so as to come into contact with the secondary molded product e' in the recess 18. Thereafter, secondary vulcanization is performed using a known vulcanization method, for example, at a temperature of about 150° to 170° and a steam pressure of about 150 kg/cm 2 for about 4 to 7 minutes. A molded article is formed in which objects d' and e' are inseparably combined. Therefore, when the upper mold a' is removed from the lower mold c',
The upper mold a' is taken out from the upper mold a' with the molded product still attached to its lower surface, and the molded product is removed from the mold a'. Further, at a predetermined portion on the upper surface side of the molded product, a protrusion 21 having a shape corresponding to the recess or groove 11 provided on the lower surface mold of the upper mold a',
21, which is unnecessary as a shoe sole or an outer sole, is removed by scraping or other known means. At this time, if the spike-equivalent shape recess 15 in the recess 14 on the upper surface side of the middle mold b' is made to have a somewhat larger volume than each spike-equivalent shape recess 20 in the recess 18 on the lower surface side of the lower mold c', It is also possible to overcome the defect that it is said that it is difficult to form a complete molded product that extends to the lower end of the spike due to the air pocket formed at the lower end of the spike formed in the conventional simultaneous vulcanization or primary vulcanization. (Especially, this effect is remarkable in the case of relatively tall spikes 22, 22 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 8 according to this embodiment.) It is particularly desirable in the case of a molded article requiring a difference in hardness or a difference in abrasion resistance between the spike 22 and the base 23 to form an integral addition with dissimilar or dissimilar base materials.
