【発明の詳細な説明】 〈発明の属する技術分野〉 本発明は射出成形機の材料の水分やモノマー、

除去を効果的に行う射出成形機の脱気装置に関す
る。

圧力を高くした場合は溶融材料がこのベント孔へ
入り込み、ベント効果を無くしてしまう等の欠点
があつた。従つて、比較的バレル内を高圧力にし
て使用する材料替え、色替え等が良く行われなか
つた。

乾燥を不用とするほど十分に脱気が行われないと
いう欠点もある。

射出成形機の脱気装置を提供することを目的とす
る。

〈発明の要旨〉 本発明は前述の目的を達成するため、材料をバ
レル内に供給するフイーダ又はホツパ内にバレル
内から逆流する気化物等を除去するベント部を設
けるとともに、バレル内のスクリユを材料供給側
から先端へ向つて供給部、圧縮部、計量部にフラ
イトの主フライトを設けた構成とし、少くとも前
記3部分のうちの1部分にサブフライトを設けた
ことを特徴とする射出成形機の脱気装置とした。

〈実施例〉 次に第1図により本発明の1実施例を説明する

側から先端へ向つて順に供給部F、圧縮部C、計
量部Mから構成されており、主フライト4の他に
圧縮部Cにサブフライト5を設け、加熱シリンダ
2内の圧力を高めるようになつている。従つて、
フイーダ装置6から加熱シリンダ2内へ供給され
た材料は図示していない加熱装置により加熱、溶
融されながら前記スクリユ3により一定量だけ計
量され、スクリユ3の先端部に蓄積される一方、
気化物等はサブフライト5によつて堰作用により
フイーダ側へ逆流し、フイーダ装置6と加熱シリ
ンダ2を連通する供給筒7に設けたベント孔8か
ら真空ポンプ9等により吸引される。

にしても溶融材料でベント孔が塞がるという欠点
も解消され、加えてスタリユに設けたサブフライ
トにより気化物等は溶融材料と接触のない供給筒
から排出されるので逆流した気化物等がフイーダ
装置内の材料を汚染することなく、しかも十分な
脱気を行うことが出来る。
