ドル6を撹拌羽根4と係合させて、ハンドル6を
回し撹拌羽根4で材料を撹拌し、アイスクリー

発明の構成
上記目的を達成するために本発明の冷菓製造器

根の下部に略球面の凹部を設けて軸支する構成に
より、残水や投入水が凍結して撹拌羽根がセツト

実施例の説明
以下、添付図面に基づいて本発明の一実施例に
ついて説明する。第1図において、8は側壁およ
び容器底の中に蓄冷剤1を封入した冷媒容器で、
外容器3と蓋5により、冷気が逃げないようにお
おわれている。冷媒容器8の内底部で略中央には
略球面の凸部9が設けられ底面に略球面の凹部1
0を有した撹拌羽根11を蓋5との間で支持して
いる。また撹拌羽根11の上部にはハンドル6が
係合する構造になつており、ハンドル6を回すこ
とにより、撹拌羽根11が回るようになつてい

6を回して撹拌羽根11で凍結した材料を削りお
とし、冷媒容器8内全体の材料が均一に混ざるよ
うにすると、アイスクリーム、シヤーベツト等の
冷菓ができるものである。ここで、冷媒容器8と
撹拌羽根11との当接は冷媒容器8側に凸部9を
設け、撹拌羽根11側に凹部10を設けているた
め、従来のように冷媒容器8中の残水が凹部内で
凍結して、撹拌羽根11のセツトが手間どつた
り、使用時に凹部内に流入した材料等の水分が底
部の蓄冷剤によつて凍結し、撹拌羽根の軸支が不
能になつたりすることがない。また嵌合する凹凸
面が球面のため回転がスムースで使用後の手入れ
も容易であるなど実用的効果の大きいものであ

設けることにより、冷媒容器の内底部に残水や流
入水が凍結することがなくなり、失敗なく冷菓が
