It takes several days to stop and restart the operation of the kiln, so it is operated on holidays and day and night, whereas the white fabric manufacturing process, such as molding and drying the blank fabric, is a regular work day. Productivity and operating hours differ between the white background manufacturing process and the firing process, and work may be carried out day and night in two shifts depending on the firing process, or work must be done on consecutive days, resulting in a poor working environment. It's here.

いた。 In order to solve this problem, between the blank manufacturing process and the firing process, we created a storage area for storing drying carts loaded with hundreds of blank sheets, and a storage area for storing firing carts loaded with several hundred sheets of fired products. However, in this stocking method, each trolley is very large and heavy, so
It is impossible to load and stock products in multiple stages, which increases costs due to the need for a large number of carts, requires a large amount of space, makes it difficult to secure a work place, and because each cart is heavy. It has drawbacks that hinder work such as movement, and it also has the drawback of
Due to the use of the above-mentioned carts, the processing time of the incinerator usually takes more than 40 hours to produce the final product, and the processing capacity is limited.

である。Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention utilizes the thermal energy of the main drying chamber to save the thermal energy required for drying in the pre-drying chamber, reduces the installation space, and significantly reduces the drying and baking time. The difference in productivity and operating time that occurs between the firing process and the blank manufacturing process can be absorbed by the stockyard line, and the firing furnace can be operated continuously at all times, and the difference in productivity and operating time that occurs between the firing process and the blank manufacturing process can be absorbed, and the firing furnace can be operated continuously at all times. Continuous production is possible without any problems even during maintenance inspections, etc., and depending on the stock amount, it is possible to support unmanned operation at night, etc., and it can also shorten the working hours of workers during daytime operations. In addition, since both the pallet and the baking cart are lightweight, it is possible to simplify the equipment used to move each system, and it is possible to reduce the number of large pieces of stock compared to the conventional baking cart. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a production line system for ceramic products that does not require any heavy and expensive carts and reduces production costs.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of the above, the present invention provides a press line for press molding at the base point of the production line, and on one side of the press line, press molded white material is placed on a pallet. A drying line consisting of a multi-stage drying oven, which is placed upside down and used to dry white backgrounds, is installed in parallel, with the upper part being a pre-drying room and the lower part being a main drying room, separated by a metal partition wall. On one side of the drying line, a firing line consisting of multistage incinerators is arranged in parallel, and on the other side of the drying line, there is a firing line that connects the outlet side and the inlet side of the incinerator. A trolley moving track is provided, and above the moving track in the firing trolley moving track, the glazed white material carried in from the glazing line connected to the drying line is stored and placed lying down on the firing trolley. A blank stock conveyor is equipped with a baking cart loading device, and a baking cart loading/unloading device is installed to stock the products on the baking carts that are carried out from the baking furnace and to transport them to the product packaging line, which is the next process. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a production line system for ceramic products in which a stockyard line consisting of a product stock conveyor is provided.

In short, in the present invention, a press line 7 for press molding is provided at the base point of the production line, and on one side of the press line 7 there is a press-formed white background Wa.
is placed upside down on a pallet 14, and the upper part for drying the white paper Wa is divided into a pre-drying chamber 10 and a lower part into a main drying chamber 11 by a metal partition wall 12. Since the drying lines 8 consisting of In addition to saving the thermal energy required for drying in the chamber 10, by making the drying oven 9 multi-stage, it is useful for reducing the installation space. By being able to dry, the contact efficiency with the hot air in the oven is improved, compared to the conventional method where the distance between white backgrounds is small, making it possible to significantly shorten the drying time. I can do it.

A blank stock conveyor 36 is provided with a baking cart loading device 38 for storing products Wb on the baking cart 25 which is placed upside down on the baking cart 25, and also stocks products Wb on the baking cart 25 to be carried out from the baking furnace 21. , and a product stock conveyor 37 equipped with a baking cart loading/unloading device 43 for transporting the product to the next process, the product packaging line 58.
3, the difference in productivity and operating time between the baking process and the blank manufacturing process can be reduced by using the blank stock conveyor 36 and the product stock conveyor 37.
Since the blank Wa and product Wb can be stocked at the same time, the firing furnace 21 can be operated continuously at all times, and even when other lines are forced to stop for maintenance or inspection, continuous production can be carried out without any problems. In addition, depending on the stock amount, it is possible to handle unmanned operation at night, etc., and during daytime work, it is possible to shorten the working hours of workers.

Its practical effects are enormous, such as being able to reduce costs by eliminating the need for many large, heavy, and expensive carts.

製造ラインシステム。1 A press line that performs press molding is installed at the base of the production line, and on one side of the press line, the press-molded white background is laid down on a pallet, and the upper part for drying the white background is pre-dried. A drying line consisting of a multi-stage drying oven is installed in parallel, and the lower part of the drying chamber is separated from the main drying chamber by a metal partition wall. A firing line consisting of firing furnaces is arranged in parallel, and on the other side of the firing line, a firing carriage movement track is arranged that connects the exit side and the inlet side of the firing furnace, and within the firing carriage movement track. Above the moving track, there is a blank stocking conveyor, which stores the glazed blanks brought in from the glazing line connected to the drying line, and is equipped with a baking cart loading device for laying the glazed blanks on top of the baking cart. A stockyard line is installed, which consists of a product stock conveyor that stores the products on the baking carts that are carried out from the baking furnace, and a product stock conveyor that is equipped with a baking cart loading and unloading device that carries the products to the product packaging line, which is the next step. A production line system for ceramic products that is characterized by:
