Sick people, young children, people with disabilities, the elderly, etc. may stain their clothes by defecating incorrectly, or be restricted or restricted from bathing, resulting in a foul odor. This could be done by replacing the clothes with other clothes, but this had the disadvantage of making people around you feel disgusted, and in the case of the latter, the bad odor could not be removed even after replacing the clothes with other clothes.

Adsorptive nonwoven fabrics containing adsorbent fibers have excellent adsorption properties for malodorous substances, and also have the unique air permeability and elasticity of fibers, which are not found in powdered activated carbon, etc., and are lightweight. The contact area is large,
Furthermore, it does not move when used. moreover,
Adsorbent fibers are bonded and reinforced to high-melting point synthetic fibers by fusing heat-fusible fibers, so they have excellent strength and durability. Furthermore, the absorbent nonwoven fabric is protected on both sides by a breathable waterproof sheet, so
In addition to being durable enough to withstand repeated use and washing, the breathable tarpaulin sheet comes into contact with the wearer, while the water-absorbent nonwoven fabric that absorbs moisture and odors does not, so there is no risk of skin stains from foul-smelling substances. can be prevented to a minimum. In addition, in the seam part, the overlapping parts are made to be slidable and are connected in an expandable and contractable manner, so it is one size fits all and can be worn by any wearer.
In addition, it is easy to put on and take off, and when worn, it can be fitted to prevent odor from escaping.

In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes underwear, and the underwear 1 consists of an absorbent nonwoven fabric 2 whose both sides are covered with a breathable waterproof sheet 3, as shown in FIG. The adsorptive nonwoven fabric 2 is a nonwoven fabric that is a mixture of high melting point synthetic fibers, low melting point heat fusible synthetic fibers, and adsorptive fibers, and is formed by fusing the low melting point heat fusible synthetic fibers. The fibers are activated carbon fibers and ion exchange fibers.

Here, the activated carbon fiber is made by polymerizing coal tar to form an isotropic spinning pitch, which is then melt-spun to form a pitch yarn, which is then treated at high temperature to make it infusible, and then activated in an oxidizing gas. Ion-exchange fibers are fibers containing ion-exchange groups.

Various synthetic fibers such as polyester, polypropylene, and polyamide are used as high melting point synthetic fibers to be mixed with adsorbent fibers such as activated carbon fibers and ion exchange fibers. It is desirable to use one having a melting point of at least 40°C or lower. It is desirable that the high melting point synthetic fiber and the low melting point heat-fusible synthetic fiber be of the same type, but a combination of different synthetic fibers may be used as long as they have compatibility. The high melting point synthetic fiber and the heat-fusible synthetic fiber may be integrally combined.
Particularly desirable is a composite fiber having a core component of a high melting point synthetic polymer and a sheath component of a low melting point synthetic polymer.

High melting point synthetic fibers and low melting point heat-fusible synthetic fibers are cut into pieces of approximately 50 to 150 mm, preferably crimped, and then opened and mixed with absorbent fibers in a cart etc. to form a web. Then, heat the fibers to a temperature between the melting points of the high-melting point synthetic fiber and the low-melting point heat-fusible synthetic fiber by passing them through a hot air stove, etc. fuse. As a result, an adsorbent nonwoven fabric containing adsorbent fibers such as activated carbon fibers and ion exchange fibers having excellent strength, bulkiness, and elastic recovery properties can be obtained.

The breathable waterproof sheet 3 is a hydrophobic plastic sheet with many fine holes perforated, and the hydrophobic plastic sheet is made of polyolefin, polyolefin,
A sheet made of fluoride resin, polyamino acid, etc. is preferable.
Various means such as laser light are used to create the minute holes. The shape of the fine hole is small in diameter at both ends.
It is desirable to have a large diameter in the center. To achieve this shape, either shrink the end of the hole or
or it is desirable to coagulate other substances. When the end portions have small-diameter holes like this, they have excellent waterproof properties, as well as excellent air permeability and moisture permeability.
It is preferable that the breathable tarpaulin sheet is made of laminated non-woven fabric to improve its texture.

The fabric 4 in which the absorbent nonwoven fabric 2 thus obtained is covered with breathable waterproof sheets 3, 3 is cut, and at least one seam 5 of the fabric 4 is cut as shown in FIG. The cut edges are overlapped, both sides thereof are covered with an elastic sheet 6 slightly wider than the width of the overlapped part, and the cut edges are sewn along outside the overlapped part so that the overlapped part can slide. In areas where this suturing is not performed, regular suturing is performed. All stitches can be performed using the elastic sheet 6. Note that it is desirable to cover the sutured portion with adhesive tape or the like.

In FIG. 3, numeral 9 is a shirt, and the shirt 9 is made by cutting a fabric 4 made by covering an absorbent nonwoven fabric 2 with a breathable waterproof sheet 3 in the same manner as the underwear 1, and the sewn portion 5 is shown in FIG. It can be formed by using similar sutures. This shirt can prevent bad odor such as armpit odor. The diaper cover 10 shown in FIG. 4 can also be obtained by cutting and sewing the fabric 4 in the same manner as the underwear 1. Note that 11 is a fastener.
