Prior Art and Problems There are two types of filter boxes in conventional pneumatic clearer devices for spinning machines: fixed filters and rotating filters using cage rollers, endless nets, etc. This method has a simpler structure, and there are no movable parts in the cotton collecting section, so there is no possibility of malfunctions. However, it has the disadvantage that the suction power of the suction nozzle must not be reduced, and especially in the case of spinning machines with a large number of machines, one stand holder is in charge of machines with about 10,000 spindles. Therefore, in order to prevent the suction force of the suction nozzle from decreasing below the limit even if this accumulated fluff is removed approximately once every shift (8 hours), the suction fan is set to remove the accumulated fluff in advance. The capacity is set to nearly double that without cotton. As a result, the electric power cost of the pneumatic clearing device increases. In addition, in the case of a rotary filter box, Utility Model Publication No. 39-17247, Special Publication No. 47-
As disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 7736 and Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-28693, etc., an automatic take-out device for the accumulated fly fluff using a roller or the like is installed, which makes it possible to automatically take out the accumulated fly fluff, and It has the feature that the capacity of the fan can also be made smaller than that of a fixed filter. However, this rotary filter has a complicated structure and has a rotating member in the cotton collecting section, so it is prone to malfunctions due to clogging of fluff, etc., and is not preferred in practice. In addition, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks of the filter box using a fixed filter, an automatic concentrated cotton collecting device was developed, which intermittently takes out the accumulated fluff collected on the surface of the fixed filter from the collecting chamber using suction airflow. This concentrated cotton collection device, which is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 46-28692, conveys the collected fluff taken out from the cotton collection chamber of each filter box to a distant concentrated cotton collector along with the suction airflow. Pneumatic transportation of cotton requires considerable electricity costs, and in order to intensively process the accumulated fluff in one place, if up to two different types of raw materials are installed in the same group of spinning machines, the suction will increase. There was an inconvenience that the collected fluff cotton could no longer be used as recycled cotton. In addition, a concentrated cotton collecting device that enables the reuse of such accumulated fluff is also disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 1983-9143, but this concentrated cotton collecting device is composed of multiple large-sized cotton collecting and separating devices. In addition, in recent years, production lots at spinning factories have become smaller and smaller, with one or several spinning machines in units, due to the diversification of needs. In recent years, as mass production has increased, conventional equipment designed for such mass production can no longer be used.

Summary and Purpose The present invention was devised in view of the current state of the neutral clearing device for spinning machines as described above, and the present invention has been devised in view of the current state of the neutral clearing device for spinning machines as described above. An inlet and an on-off valve are provided on the bottom side of the cotton collecting chamber to intermittently discharge the accumulated fluff collected on the fixed filter surface from the cotton collecting chamber by suction airflow. On the lower side, an accumulated fly fluff storage device and an accumulated fly air suction chamber, which are partitioned so as to be ventilated through means for receiving the accumulated fly fluff made of gold steel or the like, are installed in succession, and the fluff is transferred from the accumulated fly fluff to the accumulated fly fluff storage chamber. The accumulated fluff is taken out from each machine, and the plurality of accumulated fluff intake chambers provided for each machine are connected to a shared air intake system which operates intermittently at a predetermined period via an intake duct. The common suction fan is connected to the on-off valve via an electric control device, and the on-off valve is opened and closed one by one during the operation of the suction fan, and each suction fan is connected to the on-off valve. It is characterized by a configuration in which the accumulated fluff collected on the fixed filter surface of the chamber is intermittently discharged into the accumulated fluff storage chamber by suction airflow, and the structure of the filter box is simple, trouble-free, and long-lasting. It is possible to perform stable operation over a period of time, and the capacity of both the intake fan in each filter box and the intake fan for discharging accumulated fluff can be reduced, and equipment costs and power costs can be significantly reduced. , it becomes possible to reuse the accumulated fluff that has been absorbed, and it is especially useful for energy-saving and labor-saving spinning machines, which are ideal for spinning factories that mainly operate small-lot production of a wide variety of products using one or several spinning machines. The purpose is to provide a automatic clearing device.

Embodiment Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail by way of an embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 indicates a filter box of a pneumatic clearer device installed at one end of a frame of a ring spinning frame or a roving frame. A cotton collection chamber 3 is partitioned to allow ventilation, and an intake chamber 6 containing an intake fan 4 and a motor 5 is formed. It is installed with the suction surface 2a facing downward, tilting forward to the left side in Fig. 1.
A partition wall 8 whose upper portion communicates with the fixed filter 2 and the rear wall 7 is fixed, and the rear wall 7 of the cotton collection chamber 3
A suction duct 9 is connected to the opening 7a on the lower side of the suction duct 9, and a predetermined number of suction nozzles 10 are branch-connected to the suction duct 9. A vertical exhaust passage 12 communicating with the intake chamber 6 is formed inside the front wall 11 of the filter box 1, and an exhaust port 13 is opened at the lower end of the exhaust passage 12.
Therefore, when the intake fan 4 in the intake chamber 6 is rotated by the motor 5 when the machine starts operating, the fluffy fibers generated in the drafting section of the machine are transferred to the suction nozzle 10 along with the air. The fluff fibers and air are sucked into the suction duct 9 from the suction port 10a and transported into the collection chamber 3 of the filter box 1, and the transported fly fluff fibers and air flow upward along the partition wall 8 within the collection chamber 3. After that, it turned downward and then the fixed filter 2
The fluffy fibers and air are separated through the filter, and the separated fluffy fibers are sequentially attracted to the suction surface 2a of the fixed filter 2. Furthermore, the air that has passed through the ventilation hole of the fixed filter 2 is discharged from the intake chamber 6 through the exhaust path 12 and out from the exhaust port 13 at the lower end. In addition, if the partition wall 8 is provided in the cotton collection chamber 3 as in the above embodiment to prevent the fly fluff fibers flowing into the cotton collection chamber 3 from the suction duct 9 from being directly blown onto the fixed filter surface, the wind fibers Infiltration of the air into the ventilation hole of the fixed filter 2 is reduced, and the drop in the suction force is reduced, and when the accumulated fluff 14 collected on the surface of the fixed filter is stripped off by the suction airflow described below, It becomes easier to peel it off.

A hose valve as disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 53917, in which an elastic tube 19 is inserted into a cylinder 18 as shown in FIG. 3, and both ends of the elastic tube 19 are divided into three in the longitudinal direction. A sealed annular air chamber 20 is formed between the inner wall of the cylindrical body 18 and the outer peripheral surface of the elastic tube 19, and compressed air is introduced into the air chamber 20 via a direction control valve 31. The intake port 16 is intermittently opened and closed by supplying and discharging the air. Further, the on-off valve 17 is always kept closed except when the accumulated fluff 14 is being discharged. Furthermore, below this intake port 16,
An accumulated fluff storage chamber 22 and an accumulated fluff suction chamber 23 are connected to each other and are ventilably partitioned by a box-shaped (or flat plate-shaped) receiving means 21 for the accumulated fluff made of gold steel or the like. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the side wall 24 of the accumulated fluff storage chamber 22 is provided with an outlet 25 and a door 26, and through this outlet 25, the fluff is transferred into the accumulated fluff storage chamber 22. The accumulated fluff 14 is taken out from each machine by hand or by a vacuum cleaner. As shown in FIG. 1, this accumulated fluff storage chamber 22 has a receiving means 21 for the accumulated fluff formed in a box shape of breathable gold steel, etc. Even if a certain amount of accumulated fluff is stored, the accumulated fluff storage chamber 22 and the accumulated fluff suction chamber 23 can always be kept ventilated, and the cycle for taking out the accumulated fluff 14 is made as long as possible. It is preferable to do so. Therefore, it is preferable that the volume of the accumulated fluff storage chamber 22 is set as large as possible. still,
The accumulated fluff storage chamber 22 and the accumulated fluff intake chamber 23
Although it is preferable to configure the filter box 1 integrally with the filter box 1 as in the present embodiment (Fig. 1), it is preferably constructed separately from the filter box 1, and the separate accumulated fluff storage chamber is connected to the filter box 1 through a duct or the like. Alternatively, the air intake port 16 may be connected to the air intake port 16.

Next, as shown in FIG.
7 to one intake duct 28, and one end of the intake duct 28 is connected to a common intake fan 29. In addition, the intake fan 29 for discharging the accumulated fluff is operated for a certain period of time (about 5 minutes to 10 minutes) at a predetermined period of about 20 minutes to 30 minutes, for example.
It is electrically connected to an electric control device 30 incorporating a timer or the like so as to operate intermittently. Furthermore, an electric control device 30 for this intake fan 29
are connected to the motor 5 for the intake fan 4 of each machine and the solenoid of the directional control valve 31 that switches the on-off valve 17, respectively, and are connected to the solenoid of the directional control valve 31 that switches the intake fan 4 of each machine, and the control of each machine in operation is controlled via a sequencer etc. built into the electric control device 30. The on-off valve 17 opens and closes one fan in sequence while the intake fan 29 is in operation, and collects the accumulated fluff 14 on the fixed filter surface in each accumulation chamber 3 for a certain period of time (for example, about 5 seconds to 10 seconds). The collected fluff 14 is suctioned and discharged to each of the accumulated fluff storage chambers 22 one by one. In addition, when discharging this accumulated fluff 14, it is preferable to open the respective on-off valves 17 with the suction fan 4 for fluff collection in each machine temporarily stopped; however, the suction force of this suction fan 29 The intake fan 4
If the suction force is set to be similar to or slightly larger than the suction force, the suction can be performed even while the intake fan 4 is rotating. In addition, when the machine is stopped or the outlet 25 is opened, the suction of the accumulated fluff by the suction fan 29 is controlled by the machine stop command (auto counter, etc.) or the door switch 32 attached to the outlet 25. It is a good idea to allow only that machine to pass by using a command such as .

Next, the operation of the pneumatic clearer device of this embodiment constructed as above will be explained below. When the ring spinning machine or the like starts operating, the intake fan 4 in the filter box 1 of the new automatic clearing device is activated via the motor 5, and as the intake fan 4 rotates, A suction airflow as shown by the solid line arrow in FIG. 1 is generated in the suction nozzle 10, the suction duct 9, and the cotton collection chamber 3 and suction chamber 6 in the filter box 1. As a result, the fluffy fibers generated in the drafting section of the machine stand are sucked together with air into the suction duct 9 through the suction port 10a of the suction nozzle 10, and are carried into the cotton collection chamber 3 of the filter box 1. The fly fluff fibers and air carried into the cotton collection chamber 3 flow upward along the partition wall 8 of the cotton collection chamber 3, as shown by the solid line arrow in FIG. Then, the fluff fibers and air are separated through the fixed filter 2, and the separated fluff fibers are sequentially absorbed by the suction surface 2a of the fixed filter 2 tilted forward. . Further, the air that has passed through the ventilation hole of the fixed filter 2 is discharged from the intake chamber 6 through the exhaust path 12 and then from the exhaust port 13 at the lower end to the outside. In this embodiment, a partition wall 8 is provided in front of the fixed filter 2 to prevent the fluffy fibers flowing into the cotton collecting chamber 3 from the air intake duct 9 from being directly blown onto the adsorbed cotton 2a of the fixed filter 2. The collected fly fluff fibers are less likely to enter the ventilation holes of the fixed filter 2, reducing the decrease in suction power, and the collected fluff fibers are less likely to enter the ventilation holes of the fixed filter 2.
4 can be easily peeled off from the suction surface 2a by suction airflow, which will be described later.

In this way, as the ring spinning machine etc. starts operating, the pneumatic clearer devices of each machine operate in sequence, and the intake fan 4 in each filter box 1 rotates. An intake port 16 provided at the bottom side of the cotton collection chamber 3 of the filter box 1 is closed via an on-off valve 17, and an intake fan 29 for discharging the accumulated fluff is also held in a stopped state. After that, for a certain period of time (about 15 to 25 minutes)
After the elapse of time, the intake fan 29 for discharging the accumulated fluff is activated by a command from a timer or the like of the electric control device 30. When this intake fan 29 starts, the intake fans 4 in operation are stopped one by one, and the opening/closing valve 17 of the machine in operation that stopped the intake fan 4 is similarly operated by switching the directional control valve 31. Each unit will be opened for a certain period of time (approximately 5 to 10 seconds). As a result, the cotton collection chamber 3 and the accumulated fluff suction chamber 23 communicate through the opened suction port 16, and suction airflow from the suction fan 29 as shown by the broken line arrow in FIG. 1 is generated in the cotton collection chamber 3. Then, the suction airflow acts on the accumulated fluff 14 absorbed on the suction surface 2a of the fixed filter 2 tilted forward, and the accumulated fluff 14 is peeled off from the suction cotton 2a of the fixed filter 2 by the suction force. The cotton is transferred through the suction port 16 into the collected fluff storage chamber 22 below the cotton collection chamber, and is received by a box-shaped (or flat plate-shaped) receiving means 21 that can be ventilated. In addition, the accumulated wind cotton 14 is in the cotton collection room 3.
When the on-off valve 17 is discharged from the directional control valve 31
At the same time, the suction fan 4 is restarted and suction of the fluffy fibers is resumed. When the collected fluff 14 collected on the fixed filter surface of the filter box 1 of each machine is transferred from the cotton collection chamber 3 to the collected fluff storage chamber 22 in this way, the suction fan 29 is moved to the next transfer. After that, the above action is repeated at predetermined intervals (20 to 30 minute intervals) until a certain amount or more of accumulated fly fluff is deposited on the fixed filter surface of each filter box 1. In addition, the accumulated fly waste 14 transferred into the accumulated fly waste storage chamber 22 is machined through the take-out port 25 about once every three shifts (24 hours) by hand or by a vacuum cleaner. If different fibers are taken out for each machine, the collected wind cotton can be used as recycled cotton by separating them by type and taking them out. In the embodiment described above, the fixed filter 2 was tilted forward and its suction surface 2a was directed downward to facilitate the removal of the accumulated fluff.
This fixed filter can also be implemented in a vertical or tilted position. Further, in the above embodiment, the on-off valve 17
Although the hose valve is constructed using a known hose valve that does not catch fibers and allows the accumulated fluff to easily pass through, the present invention is not limited to this, and can also be implemented with an on-off valve using an on-off plate or the like. be.

Effects As described above, the present invention uses a fixed filter as the filter that partitions the cotton collection chamber and the suction chamber in the filter box, and the accumulated fluff collected on the surface of the fixed filter is placed on the bottom side of the cotton collection chamber. An air inlet and an on-off valve are provided to intermittently discharge the cotton from the collection chamber by suction airflow, and the collected air is partitioned under the air inlet so that it can be ventilated through means for receiving the collected air, such as a wire mesh. The cotton storage chamber and the accumulated fluff suction chamber are connected to each other, and the accumulated flen transferred from the cotton collecting chamber to the accumulated fluff storage chamber is taken out from each machine. The plurality of integrated air cotton intake chambers are connected via an intake duct to a common intake fan that operates intermittently at a predetermined cycle, and the common intake fan is linked to the on-off valve via an electric control device, This opening/closing valve is configured to open and close one fan in sequence while the intake fan is in operation, and the accumulated fly fluff collected on the fixed filter surface of each cotton collection chamber is intermittently stored by the suction airflow. Since the filter box is configured to be discharged into the chamber, the structure of the filter box is simplified, and stable operation can be performed for a long time without failure. In addition, the accumulated fly fluff is collected on the fixed filter surface in the filter box and is intermittently discharged from the cotton collecting chamber to the accumulated fly fluff storage chamber by the suction airflow, and the accumulated fly fluff within a certain amount is collected on the fixed filter surface. Since this prevents the accumulation of air, the capacity of the intake fan inside the filter box can be significantly reduced. In addition, an intake fan for discharging the collected fluff is shared, and this shared intake fan discharges the collected fluff from one machine to the other, and the accumulated fluff discharged from the cotton collection room is sent to each machine. Since only the suction airflow is received by the receiving means of the accumulated fluff storage chamber provided in each case and exhausted through the long intake duct, the capacity of the intake fan for discharging the accumulated fluff can be greatly reduced. In addition, the air intake duct will not be clogged with accumulated fluff. Furthermore, an accumulated flen storage chamber is provided below the cotton collecting chamber, and the accumulated flen discharged from the cotton collecting chamber is taken out for each spinning machine, so that one or several spinning machines can be used for a wide variety of spinning machines. Even in small-scale production, the accumulated flen can be used as recycled cotton, and the accumulated flen can be taken out from the accumulated flen storage room at a long cycle of about once every three shifts (24 hours). It has the excellent feature of being able to save energy and labor.
