That is, as shown in Fig. 12, a raised wall 2 is attached horizontally to the inside of an earth retaining wall 1 that has been driven into the construction site, and then a strut 3 is erected at right angles to this raised wall. ing. The abutting portions of the ribs and the struts are tightened by bolting or welding, and flint materials 4 are attached to the corner portions of the ribs and the intersections of the ribs and the struts to secure the piles. It forms a frame. In this case, the gap between the earth retaining wall 1 and the upright 2 is backfilled with conventional backfilling material 5 such as concrete, and the reaction force of the branch of the earth retaining wall is applied as a uniformly distributed load to the uprighting. The structure was constructed in such a way that an average axial force is applied to the struts through the raised ribs.

た。 When performing backfill construction as described above, there will be no problem if the facing surfaces of the earth retaining wall and the upright are correctly parallel, but in reality, when driving steel sheet piles etc. into the ground, there may be problems due to earth pressure or underground obstructions. In many cases, the driving direction of the steel sheet piles is misaligned due to factors such as the hardness and softness of the ground, and the facing surfaces of the earth retaining wall and the upright are not parallel. In other words, the retaining wall 1 may be built with an angular deviation in the horizontal direction relative to the raised wall 2, or the retaining wall may be built with an angle in the vertical direction (No. 13). Sometimes (Figure 14). As a result, the outer surface of the backfilling material 5 and the earth retaining wall 1 or the backfilling may come into contact with each other unevenly, or only a small portion of the area may come into contact with each other, reducing the effectiveness of the backfilling and making it difficult to excavate. This may cause the wall to collapse or damage to the components. Therefore, as described above, there has been a long-awaited development of a backfilling material that can be brought into close contact with the retaining wall and the retaining wall even if the facing surfaces of the retaining wall and the retaining wall are not parallel.

We proposed a backfilling tool for mountain retaining with the following contents. In other words, it is composed of a driving tipter and a gap adjustment unit that are combined with each other to form a wedge device.
The cotter and the adjustment unit each have sloped surfaces facing each other, and are assembled so that both slopes are slidably in close contact with each other in the direction of driving the cotter. An arc-shaped recess having an arc-shaped cross section in a direction perpendicular to the driving direction is provided, and a camber member having a half-moon cross section is rotatable around the arc-shaped center of the arc-shaped recess. The present invention relates to a back-filling tool for a mountain fastening, which is fitted and the camber member is held by guide members fixed to the upper and lower ends of the arc-shaped recess and is movable only in a direction perpendicular to the direction of driving the bolt. The present invention is intended to improve this prior invention and propose a more user-friendly Yamadome backfill piece.

Moreover, since the camber was assembled to the adjustment unit body in such a way that it could not be separated, its structure was relatively complex and required time and effort to process and manufacture, and furthermore, the rotation angle of the camber could not be increased. In addition, because such backfilling tools require strength, they have traditionally been made of steel, and each set weighs approximately 15 to 20 kg, making it difficult to carry and install them manually at high places, such as when lifting from the ground. Moreover, because the dismantling and recovery work was not lightweight, the work was laborious and dangerous, and there was a limit to how much work efficiency could be improved.

That is, in mountain retaining work, the receiving piece 10 according to the present invention is placed at the backfilling position between the earth retaining wall 1 and the upright 2, and the receiving piece 10 is installed at the backfilling position between the earth retaining wall 1 and the upright 2 through the hanging support provided on the top thereof, that is, the hanging bolt 16 and the support 18. Hang it on top of the holder 2 as shown in FIG. 7 or 8 and hold it so that it does not fall. In this case, the H-shaped steel used as the upright is different in size depending on the load of the retaining structure, so the flange length of the H-shaped steel differs each time the size changes.

By changing the step part 13a to 13b on the lower surface of the ear, the height of the receiving piece 10 can be adjusted so that the center of the receiving piece 10 is at the center of the H-shaped steel web, as shown in FIG. 7, and facing the hanging support 18. Adjust the distance from the top surface of the plate 11. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the flange surface of the upright 2 and the back surface of the receiving piece 10 are brought into close contact with each other, and as the case may be, an appropriate number of backfill liners 40 are stacked on the back surface of the fixed receiving piece 10. After aligning (see Figure 10), the receiving piece 1
The driving bead 30 is inserted so that the arcuate protruding surface portion 31 of the driving bead 30 fits into the inclined concave surface portion 12 of the drive bead 30. that time,
If the horizontally opposing surfaces of the raised-up 2 and the earth retaining material 1 are not parallel but are inclined (see FIG. 9), the driving piece 3 is inserted along the inclined concave surface portion 21.
0 is rotated in the horizontal direction as shown in FIG.
Further, when the degree of inclination is large, as shown in FIG. 9C, an inclined liner 41 is inserted to eliminate the gap between the horizontally facing surfaces. Finally, the driving piece 30 is strongly driven to press fit the backfilling piece of the present invention between the earth retaining material 1 and the upholstery 2, and fix it so as not to reduce the axial stress of the strut.

のである。 In carrying out the present invention, it is usually not necessary to adjust the angular deviation between the vertically opposing surfaces of the earth retaining material and the upright. The reason for this is that the construction accuracy of earth retaining material 1 is usually within 1/100, and even considering the amount of movement of earth retaining material due to excavation, the slope ratio is within 1/50 even under the worst conditions. . Therefore, the width of the gap between the vertically opposing surfaces of the upholstery and the earth retaining material is a small value of at most 4 mm per 200 mm of height (No. 14).
(see figure). Furthermore, considering the presence of earth and sand that adheres to the earth retaining material, simply by driving the driving piece 30 of this backfilling tool, the back side of the piece will come into close contact with the earth retaining material without any gaps, and therefore, as mentioned above, There is no need to adjust the angle in the vertical direction.
