In the case of full auto, all bullets can be fired with a single operation of the trigger, so it is undeniable that the firepower is dense, but on the other hand, there are various operational problems such as an extreme drop in accuracy and wasted ammunition. As a solution to this problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 1949-1949 and 1983-

As a result, the density of firepower is reduced to some extent compared to the above-mentioned fully automatic case, but in reality, effective shooting with less wasted bullets can be performed.

In the conventional device shown in the figure, the contact arm 128 protruding from the transition piece 39 (see Figure 1) is pushed and rotated by the slider 16 sitting at the rear, as shown in Figure 13. Then turn the feed block 140 and move the feed pawl 141 to feed dog 1 of the counter 125.
35 and causes the feed block 140 to move upward, the feed dog 135 is rotated by one tooth, and serves as a driving source for the limiting injection device.

However, it is necessary to always perform a complete rear seat until it comes into contact with the rear end surface 39a of the transition tube 39.

If incomplete rear seating occurs in this conventional device, as is clear from the above, the firing function does not work and continuous firing occurs.

る。 Finally, the biggest drawback of this conventional device is as follows. When all the bullets in the magazine have been fired, the slide 16, which is in the process of returning to its seat, is locked by the slide catch 51 (Fig. 1) that protrudes into the transition tube 39, and it will not stop in the so-called bolt open state. It is well known.
Also, for safety reasons, it is not preferable to operate the selector bolt 1 with the slide 16 resting, the gun closed, and a bullet loaded, except to release the safety. The slide 16 must be retracted before switching from limited firing to single or continuous firing, or vice versa. However, when the slide 16 is locked as described above while it is in the middle of restoring itself, the abutting arm 128 is rotated to approximately the midpoint between the solid line position and the imaginary line position in FIG. 12, so the counter 135 is activated. position, that is, when the selector bolt 1 is in the firing position, the contact arm 128 is stopped with the feed pawl 141 and the feed dog 135 still being engaged, so that the switching from limited point firing to single and continuous firing is possible. It is impossible, and if you forcefully turn selector bolt 1, it will be damaged.

As is clear from Figure 3, the rotating feed claw 141
engages with the feed dog 135 from the lateral direction, which not only requires high machining accuracy to prevent engagement errors, but is also undesirable for an injection device that is subject to repeated strong firing impacts.

In addition, the first feed pawl protrudes into the transition piece in the middle of the slide's reversing path, allowing it to operate reliably even in the case of an incomplete rear seat, preventing counting errors. Even if the slide is not engaged and the slide is caught, switching to single or continuous can be carried out without any problem.

Figures 1 and 2 show the state in which the automatic gun is held safely, and at this time the select notch 2 of the selector bolt 1
is located as shown by the dotted line in Figure 1. The trigger 3 is moved to the breech side, that is, counterclockwise, by the trigger spring 4, the hammer 5 is moved to the muzzle side, that is, clockwise, by the hammer spring 6, and the single-shot reverse hook 7 is moved by a single-shot reverse hook spring (not shown).
As in the prior art, the continuous firing reverse hook 8 is urged to rotate toward the muzzle side by the continuous firing reverse hook spring 9, and the continuous firing reverse hook 8 is biased to rotate toward the breech side by the continuous firing reverse hook spring 9.

置に位置している。 When the select notch 2 is positioned as described above, the protrusion 10 provided on the breech side of the trigger 3
is in contact with the selector bolt 1, making it impossible to pull the trigger 3, and the cocking step 11 of the hammer 5
Since the beak 12 on the muzzle side of the trigger 3 that is engaged with the trigger 3 does not release its engagement, the hammer 5 remains cocked, and the gun is held safely. At this time, the single-shot reverse hook 7 hits the pin 13 provided on the trigger 3 and is prevented from rotating, and the abutment surface 14 provided on the breech side of the gun maintains approximately the same height as the protrusion 10. Again, continuous reverse hook 8
In this case, the tip locking part 17 is connected to the locking surface 17 of the slide 16.
Rotation is restrained by this, and both reverse hooks are in the inoperative position.

て単発発射が繰返される。 Next, the case of the single-shot operation shown in FIG. 3 is as follows. In the case of single-shot operation, the selector bolt 1 is positioned as shown in the drawing, and the select notch 2 is positioned to allow the projection 10 at the rear end of the trigger 3 to rise. Therefore, when the trigger 3 is pulled, the trigger 3 rotates toward the muzzle, and the protrusion 10 enters the select notch 2 and stops at the position where the top surface touches the selector bolt 1, that is, the position shown by the imaginary line in Fig. 3. However, when the trigger 3 is turned in this way, the beak 12 naturally comes off the cocking step 11, so the firing pin 5 rapidly rotates toward the muzzle and fires the firing pin 18. When the trigger is activated as described above, the single-shot reverse hook 7, which is biased toward the muzzle by the spring as described above, naturally follows the trigger 3 and moves to the pin 1 as shown by the imaginary line.
3, and the tip head 19 moves to the position shown by the imaginary line. On the other hand, when firing is performed, the slide 16 pushes back the hammer 5 with gas pressure and presses the restoring spring 50 (Fig. 1) to rearward.
While being pushed back, the lower end of the hook stopper 20 provided on the hammer 5 hits the top surface of the head 19, but as is clear from the drawing, the top surface has a smooth arc shape, so the single-shot reverse hook 7 It is pushed back a little against the spring and rides on the upper surface of the hook stopper 20, and when the hammer 5 is pushed back to the position shown by the imaginary line, it rotates again and the hook stopper 21 hooks the hook stopper 20. It will form a shape and it will be hooked. On the other hand, the slide that has been seated backwards is pushed back by the restoring spring 50, loads the next bullet into the chamber 22, and closes it, but since the hammer 5 is hooked as described above, the temporary trigger is not activated. Even if you draw 3, the next attack will not occur. In other words, the gun stops operating after only firing a single shot. When the trigger 3 is released from this state, the trigger 3 is released by the trigger spring 4.
Due to the action of Immediately before the hammer is released, the beak piece 12 again enters the cocking step 11 and cocks the hammer. Therefore, if the trigger 3 is pulled again, the gun will operate in the same manner as described above, and single shots will be fired repeatedly.

る毎に以上の動作を繰返す。 When the above-mentioned single-shot firing is performed, the continuous reversal hook 8 performs the following actions. When the slide 16 starts to rearward after firing, the locking piece 15, which had been prevented from rotating by contacting the locking surface 17 of the slide 16, engages the locking surface 17 as shown by the imaginary line in FIG. The slide 16 moves slightly toward the breech side so as to fall into the groove 23 bored in the longitudinal direction of the slide 16, and the hooking piece 24 provided on the lower end surface is opposed to the locking step 11. It will become like that. Then, when the slide 16 returns to its seat and releases the pressure on the hammer 5, it is hooked to the hook step 11 of the hammer 5, which is not to be rotated toward the firing pin 18, and the hammer is once cocked. At approximately the same time, the hammer 5 is hooked by the single reverse hook 7 as described above. As described above, the continuous reverse hook 8 hooks the hammer 5, but after that the slide 16 still returns to its seat, and just before closing, the locking piece 15 hits the step 17a between the groove 23 and the locking surface 17. is pulled back, and the continuous reverse hook 8 is turned in the reverse direction to release the hook to the firing pin 5. However, since the single-shot reverse hook 7 continues to be hooked, the single-shot firing function is not impaired, and the continuous reverse hook 8 is released. 8 repeats the above operation every time a shot is fired.

During continuous firing, the select notch 2 of the selector bolt 1 is positioned as shown by the dotted line, and as is clear from the drawing, when the select notch 2 is positioned in this way, the trigger 3 can be operated, but the single-shot reverse hook 7 The abutment surface 14 abuts against the selector bolt 1, making it inoperable, and as described above, the locking piece 15 abuts the locking surface 17 of the slide 16, making it inoperable. .

い。 In the above, when the trigger 3 is pulled, the trigger 3 rotates as shown in the imaginary line in Figure 4, releases the cocking of the hammer 5 to fire, and the slide 16 returns to its original position, which is the same as above. . At this time, the single-shot reverse hook 7 is released from contact with the pin 13 as the trigger 3 rotates, but since the contact surface 14 is in contact with the selector bolt 1, it does not follow the trigger 3 and rotate. Therefore, the hammer 5 is not hooked by the single reverse hook 7 as described above.

The slide 16, which has been seated backward, then starts to return to its original position, and in the middle of this, the pressure on the hammer 5 is released, so that the hammer 5 follows the slide 16 and tries to rotate, but the continuous reverse hook 8 is not hooked. The piece 24 engages with the locking step 11,
By hooking the hammer 5, the rotation is controlled and the hammer 5 is in a cocking state. The slide 16 continues to return to its original position, and immediately after closing (the time lag is in the order of several hundredths of a minute), the locking piece 15 of the continuous reverse hook 8 closes.
As described above, the hammer 5 is hooked on the stepped portion 17a and pulled back, rotated to the inoperative position, and the hook stopper 24 disengages from the cocking stepped portion 11, and the cocking hammer 5, which has been released from the cocking, is reactivated. The gun rotates and fires, and while the trigger 3 is pulled, the above action is repeated at a rate of several hundred times per minute to fire a series of shots.

This is done by interaction with the newly installed counter 25 and the firing mechanism of the conventional gun detailed above, and a counting pawl 26 is also installed at the breech end of the single shot reverse hook 7 described above. A semicircular count notch 27 is newly provided in each of the selector bolts 1. Next, the counter 25 is as follows. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 28 denotes a first feed lever, which has a pressing surface 29 on the muzzle side of the upper end and a sliding surface 30 on the opposite side, and a pivot 31 provided so as to be located on the breech side of the selector bolt 1. It is rotatably pivoted to the
It has a leg piece 32 extending downward at a substantially right angle.
Next, 33 is the select arm, and 34 is the select arm 33
The count plate 3 is pivotally mounted on the same shaft 31 as the first feed lever 28, and is integrated with the count plate 3.
4 is carved with three feed teeth 35 on its upper part, and ratchet-like count teeth 36 having three count surfaces 36a, 36b, and 36c on its lower part.
In this embodiment, three shots are fired. A spring 37 is installed between the count plate 34 and the leg piece 32,
This single spring 37 allows the first feed lever 28 to
Although the count plate 34 and the select arm 33 are biased to rotate toward the muzzle side, the leg piece 32
comes into contact with the stopper 38 and its rotation is restricted, and the head of the first feed lever 28 protrudes in an inclined manner toward the muzzle side into the breech tube 39 where the slide 16 is reseated. The arm 33 hits the selector bolt 1 and is restrained from rotating, holding the counter plate 34 in an inoperative position. At this time, the feed dog 35 is directed diagonally downward toward the breech side, and the count tooth 36 is directed downward. .

It is pivotally mounted to a mounting shaft 43 provided lower on the breech side. The second feed lever 40 is provided so as to protrude from the mounting shaft 43, and has an oblique rotation surface 44 at its upper end. The feed claw 41 is pivotally attached to the mounting base 42,
It is biased toward the muzzle side by a spring 46 attached between it and a spring receiver 45 provided on the mounting base 42, but its rear end hits the mounting base 42 and its rotation is restrained.
It can be rotated only toward the breech side against the spring 46. The second feed lever 40 and the feed claw 4 as described above
1 is biased toward the muzzle side by a spring 48 installed between a stopper 47 and a spring receiver 45, and the rotating surface 44 of the second feed lever 40 is moved toward the first feed lever 28.

It has become possible to allow a rise in As described above, when the select arm 33 rotates into the select notch 27 until it comes into contact with the selector bolt 1, the count plate 34 rotates from the non-operating position to the operating position shown in FIG. The teeth 35a and the feed pawl 41 face each other, and the count surface 36a of the count tooth 36 and the count pawl 26 provided on the single-shot reverse hook 7 face each other at a small interval. When the trigger 3 is pulled, the cocking of the hammer 5 is released and rotated to fire. As the trigger 3 rotates, the single-shot reverse hook 7 follows and does not rotate, but it rises slightly and the count pawl 26 comes into contact with the count surface 36a of the count tooth 36 and does not rotate. Therefore, the single-shot reverse hook 7 does not operate. Due to the firing, the slide 16 moves backward while rotating the hammer 5 in the opposite direction, colliding with the push-down surface 29 of the first feed lever 28 and pushing it down. It is pushed by the sliding surface 30 of the feed lever 28 and rotates toward the breech side against the spring 37.
Therefore, the rotation of both levers is controlled by the first feed lever 2.
8 protrudes obliquely into the transition tube 39, and the contact between the rotating surface 44 and the sliding surface 29 is also oblique, so the first feed lever 2
8 is slide 16, as detailed above.
protrudes into the breech tube 39 so as to be located in the middle of the path for reversing the gun, so it will work reliably regardless of whether it is fully or incompletely retracted, unless the retraction is so bad that the gun will not operate. Unlike the conventional device, malfunctions do not occur when the rear seat is incomplete.

The count claw 36 is pressed from the count surface 36a to the next count surface 36b to count that the first shot has been fired (FIG. 6). Count board 3
4 rotates as shown above, so naturally select arm 3
3 also rotates, creating a gap between the select arm 33 and the selector bolt 1, but since the count pawl 26 is engaged with the count teeth 36, the count plate 34
and the select arm 33 cannot be rotated in the opposite direction.

The feed lever 40 is rotated in the opposite direction to return to its original position. When the second feed lever 40 is rotated in the opposite direction, the feed pawl 41 comes into pressure contact with the second tooth 35b, but rotates toward the breech side while pressing the spring 46, and the second tooth 35b
It overcomes this and returns to its original state and waits for the second shot as shown in Figure 7.

As the slide 16 returns to its seat as described above, the continuous reversal hook 8 operates in the same manner as in the above-described continuous firing. That is, when a shot is fired and the slide 16 is rearwardly seated, the repeating reverse hook 8 rotates toward the breech side and once hooks the hammer 5, and when the slide 16 returns and closes the gun, the hook is released. be done. Therefore, since the count pawl 26 of the single-shot reverse hook 19 is locked to the count tooth 36 and does not rotate, and is always in the inoperative position as in the case of continuous firing, the hooking by the continuous reverse hook 8 is released. The hammer 5 rotates to fire the second shot, and the counter 25 operates as described above to count the second shot.

構成も上記に限定されるものではない。 When the third and final shot is fired, the first and second feed levers 28 and 40 rotate as described above, and the feed pawl 41 engages with the third tooth 35c of the feed dog 35 to move the count plate 34. is turned, the second count is performed and the third count surface 3 of the count tooth 36 is turned.
The count claw 26 that was in pressure contact with the third count surface 36c is removed from the pressure contact with the third count surface 36c, and the single reverse hook 7
becomes free and rotates until it hits the pin 13 of the trigger 3 and its rotation is stopped, as shown in FIG. 8, and is located at the operating position as in the case of single-shot firing. Therefore, even if the slide 16 that has been seated behind returns to its seat and the hammer 5 is unhooted by the continuous reverse hook 8, the hammer 5 is still hooked by the single reverse hook 7, and the fourth shot cannot be fired. The operation of the gun stops after three shots are fired without firing, and at this time, the count plate 34 comes into contact with the count pawl 26 and is in an inoperative position, as shown in FIG. As mentioned above, when the first three-shot shot is completed and the pulled trigger 3 is released, the trigger 3 returns to its original state, and the single-shot reverse hook 7 is also pushed by the pin 11 of the trigger 3 and becomes inactive, and the hammer 5 The hook stop is released, but the beak 12 of the trigger 3 engages with the cocking step 11 and cocks the hammer 5, putting the gun in the cocking state, and naturally the count plate 34 is also in the operating position as shown in Figure 5. Then, by pulling the trigger 3 again, the next three shots will be fired in the same manner as above. In the above embodiment, the first feed lever 28, the select arm 33, and the count plate 34 are provided on the same shaft 31, but this is to reduce the installation space. The structure of the trigger 3, hammer 5, single and continuous reverse hooks 7, 8, etc. is not limited to the above.

ある。Effects of the Invention As detailed above, the counter of the present application differs from the conventional device in which the slide performs a complete back seat and the contact arm is rotated at a large angle to count. Regardless of your seat,
By rearranging the slide within a range that does not interfere with the function of the gun, it operates reliably and eliminates counting errors, and the machining accuracy may be lower than that of conventional devices.
Furthermore, the present application states that when the magazine is empty and the slide is caught in the slide catch, or when the gun is opened by pulling the slide with the cocking handle (in this case, the feed pawl must be connected to the feed dog). Switching from limited point firing to single or double safety is possible by turning the selector bolt and pushing down the select arm, which naturally also turns the count plate toward the muzzle. However, since the feed pawl presses the spring and rotates as described above to overcome the feed dog, the switching operation can be performed without any problem. As described above, the present invention is an invention that has a simple structure, simple operation, reliable operation, and high durability, and satisfies all the requirements of a military gun firing device, excluding the drawbacks of the conventional device. be.
