It has become necessary to take measures. One method for relieving stress is a static stress relieving method that suppresses the sympathetic nervous system and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, as typified by bathing, sleeping, and resting. In static stress relief methods, removing stimuli completely or applying specific stimuli such as vibration, heat, hearing, and vision to a comfortable level to the body helps relieve stress. However, in the past, this type of vibration-type stress relief device applied vibration stimulation with either a monotonous vibration pattern or a vibration pattern that changed in a preset sequence. The problem was that I got stuck in a rut and couldn't get an effective stress relief effect.

ことになる。 Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the vibration pattern.
Figure a is a schematic representation of the vibration amplitude and vibration frequency that can be varied continuously (the diameter of the circle corresponds to the vibration amplitude, and the area of the diagonal line corresponds to the frequency), and pattern A in figure b is a schematic representation of the vibration amplitude and vibration frequency that can be varied continuously (the diameter of the circle corresponds to the vibration amplitude, and the area of the diagonal line corresponds to the frequency). Pattern B is a vibration pattern in which the four (4) vibrating bodies 2 vibrate with the same amplitude and the same frequency, and pattern B is a vibration pattern in which the left and right pairs of vibrating bodies 2 vibrate with different amplitudes and different frequencies. . Furthermore, pattern C is a vibration pattern in which the upper and lower vibrating bodies 2 vibrate with different amplitudes and different frequencies, and pattern D is a vibration pattern in which each vibrating body 2 vibrates with different amplitudes and different frequencies. It is. It is possible to freely create such vibration patterns, and by appropriately changing these vibration patterns over time (changes based on wave phenomena in the natural world), it is possible to create comfortable vibrations that can relax the mind and body. This will allow you to create patterns.

Wave phenomena in the natural world include fluctuations in the intensity of sea noise as shown in A in Figure a, and changes in the intensity of wind as shown in Figure A in B. For example, by using wind speed fluctuations (wind breath), etc.
The vibrating body 2 is driven with vibration patterns A and B as shown in FIG. In addition, as wave phenomena in the natural world, fluctuations such as the sound of a babbling stream, the sound of trees in the wind, or other pleasant wave phenomena such as pressure and light can be used. It goes without saying that the vibration pattern may be set based on music composed based on the music. In this way, by changing the vibration pattern of the vibrating body 2 over time based on wave phenomena in the natural world, the vibration pattern is not monotonous, does not involve sudden changes, has appropriate fluctuations, and has a predictable behavior. , it is possible to apply a vibration stimulus having unexpectedness, etc., and an excellent stress relieving effect that cannot be obtained by changing the vibration pattern based on a monotonous vibration pattern or a preset sequence can be obtained.

A sound signal such as the sound of a babbling stream is as shown in FIG. 7a, and contains various frequency components. This sound signal is amplified and pulsed by the pulse amplification circuit 33, and a pulse signal as shown in FIG. 7b is obtained. This pulse signal is input to the counter circuit 34, and the number of pulses, that is, the frequency of the wave phenomenon is counted at each sampling interval set by the sampling interval setting circuit 36. The digital signal outputted from the counter circuit 34 is converted into an analog signal by the D/A conversion circuit 35 to obtain a basic signal as shown in FIG. 7c.
In the amplitude and frequency modulation circuit 37, the basic signal extracted in this way is input as a control signal.
The amplitude and frequency are set based on the basic signal to form a vibrating body drive signal as shown in FIG. 7d. This vibrating body drive signal is power amplified by a drive output circuit and applied to the vibrating body 2. Therefore, the vibrating body 2 is driven with a vibration pattern based on the temporal fluctuations of wave phenomena in the natural world, and can provide the user with comfortable vibration stimulation based on the wave phenomena in the natural world. In addition, in the embodiment, the speaker 32
Through the system, sea noise, the sound of a babbling stream, etc. are emitted at an appropriate volume, and auditory stimulation that is in harmony with the vibration stimulation is performed at the same time, making it even more effective for stress relief. .

Since it is equipped with a drive circuit that drives the vibrating body with a vibration pattern that changes over time, the vibration pattern is not monotonous, does not involve sudden changes, has moderate fluctuations, and has a high level of expectation. It is possible to apply a vibration stimulus having unexpectedness, and it is possible to obtain an excellent stress relieving effect that cannot be obtained by changing the vibration pattern based on a monotonous vibration pattern or a preset sequence. Further, a recording means for recording wave phenomena in the natural world, and an extraction means for extracting a basic signal for setting a vibration pattern based on the signal recorded on the recording means,
A drive circuit is formed with vibration control means for controlling the frequency and amplitude of the vibrating body drive signal based on the extracted basic signal, and a basic signal for vibration pattern setting is extracted based on the signal recorded in the recording means. The extraction means is formed by a counter circuit that counts the frequency of the wave phenomenon at each fixed sampling interval, and a D/A conversion circuit that converts the digital signal output from the counter circuit into a basic signal consisting of an analog signal. Therefore, the circuit configuration for extracting the fundamental signal of fluctuation can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.
