【特許請求の範囲】 1 米等粒状穀物が封入され、表面に米等の粒よ
り小径の空気抜き孔が穿設された包装袋体の真空
シール装置であつて、 前記包装袋体に密接して前記空気抜き孔から真
空排気するための開口をその前部に有し、その後
部は真空ポンプに接続される真空排気路が形成さ
れた空気抜き筒体と、 前記空気抜き筒体の内面に沿つて移動可能に設
けられ、該空気抜き筒体の前部と後部の真空排気
路を連通する排気のための通路を外周に有し、か
つ、真空排気の差圧によつて貼着用シール材を保
持するための真空吸着孔をその中央付近に有する
ピストン状シール材保持部材と、 前記シール材保持部材に固定され、前記空気抜
き筒体の軸方向と平行に移動可能で、かつ該空気
抜き筒体に気密に案内されたシヤフトと、 前記シール材保持部材を固定したシヤフトを前
方へ附勢し、包装袋体の前記空気抜き孔に対して
貼着用シール材を圧接貼着する弾圧体と、およ
び、前記シヤフトを該弾圧体に抗して引戻す引戻
レバーを備えた真空シール装置。
[Scope of Claims] 1. The air vent tube has an opening for evacuation from the air vent hole in its front part, and the rear part thereof is movable along the inner surface of the air vent cylinder, which has an evacuation passage connected to a vacuum pump. and has an exhaust passage on the outer periphery that communicates the front and rear vacuum exhaust passages of the air vent cylinder, and is used to hold the sealing material for attachment by the differential pressure of the vacuum exhaust. a piston-shaped sealing material holding member having a vacuum suction hole near its center; and a piston-shaped sealing material holding member fixed to the sealing material holding member, movable in parallel to the axial direction of the air venting cylinder, and airtightly guided by the air venting cylinder. a shaft to which the sealing material holding member is fixed; a pressure body that urges the shaft to which the sealing material holding member is fixed forward and pressure-bonds the sealing material to be applied to the air vent hole of the packaging bag body; Vacuum sealing device with a pull-back lever that pulls back against the body.
