The mixed material 8 is made to flow down into the mold 4 while moving the hopper 1, but the pattern material is not evenly distributed and the pattern is unstable, resulting in a product of uniform quality. I couldn't help it.

The main material 2 of the artificial marble flows down into the mold 4 from the discharge port 3 of the main material 2 of the artificial marble, and between the main material 2 of the artificial marble flowing down and the tip of the nozzle 7 of the pattern material tank 6 into which the pattern material 5 is sent. It is characterized by adjusting the gap or the depth at which the tip of the nozzle 7 of the pattern material tank 6 is inserted into the main material 2 of the artificial marble, and with this configuration, the above object is achieved. It is something. That is, by keeping the amount of pattern material 5 fed constant, the quality can be made uniform, and by adjusting the feeding depth or making the feeding discontinuous, various patterns can be formed.

造大理石を得る。 The present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The main material 2 of the artificial marble is, for example, a mixture of liquid polyester resin and an inorganic material, and this main material is stored in a movable hopper 1. In the manufacturing apparatus shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, a linear discharge port 3 is formed in the lower part of the hopper 1 in a direction perpendicular to the direction of movement shown by the arrow in the figure. Discharge port 3
Main material 2 is released while moving hopper 1.
is allowed to flow down into the mold 4 like a curtain. Hopper 1
A pattern material tank 6 is movably arranged in parallel with the hopper 1 in front in the moving direction, and a pattern material 5 made of pigment, polyester resin, etc. is stored in the pattern material tank 6. The pattern material 5 is discharged from a lower nozzle 7 facing toward the hopper 1. This pattern material tank 6 is connected to a compressor, and the amount of pattern material 5 discharged from the nozzle 7 can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure. Then, while moving the hopper 1 together with the pattern material tank 6 in the direction of the arrow, the main material 2 of the artificial marble contained in the hopper 1 is allowed to flow down from the discharge port 3 of the hopper 1 into the mold 4, and is allowed to flow down from the hopper 1. The pattern material 5 is fed into the main material 2. In this case, as shown in FIG.
By leaving a gap between the tip of the hopper and the main material 2 flowing down from the hopper 1, the pattern material 5 can be sprayed onto the main material 2 to form a pattern on the surface. By inserting the nozzle 7 into the flowing main material 2 as shown in FIG. 2, a handle can be formed inside. By adjusting the insertion depth of this nozzle 7, handles of various depths can be formed. After filling the mold 4 with the main material 2 and the pattern material 5 in this manner, the mold 4 is cured and cured to obtain an artificial marble.

It is possible to make various changes to the pattern of the stone, and it is possible to obtain artificial marble with various patterns. In addition, since it is used to adjust the depth at which the tip of the nozzle of the pattern material tank is inserted into the main material of the artificial marble, patterns with various depths can be formed on the artificial marble by adjusting the depth. This has the effect of making it possible to produce artificial marble that is rich in variety and gives a sense of taste.
