Claims (1)
に折曲形成された係止部と上記軸部の他側にL字
形に折曲形成されたクランク部とを具備した二本
のトーシヨンバーと、一個が固定部材に固着され
る固定金具と可動部材に固着される可動金具とが
軸受を中心に相互に回動可能に枢着された一対の
蝶番金具とからなり、上記二本のトーシヨンバー
は長さ方向を相互に逆向きにすると共に直線状軸
部を平行にしてその二本の直線状軸部の両側が上
記一対の蝶番金具のそれぞれの軸受を貫通して回
転自在に支持され、かつ上記各トーシヨンバーの
係止部の端部が上記一対の蝶番金具のそれぞれの
固定金具に穿設された貫通孔に貫入させるととも
に、上記各トーシヨンバーのクランク部の端部が
上記一対の蝶番金具のそれぞれの可動金具に設け
た突出部に掛止めされて装着されていることを特
徴とする蝶番装置。1. Two shafts each having a straight shaft, a locking part bent in a U-shape on one side of the shaft, and a crank part bent in an L-shape on the other side of the shaft. The torsion bar is composed of a pair of hinge fittings, one of which is fixed to a fixed member, and the other is fixed to a movable member, which are pivoted so as to be rotatable with respect to each other around a bearing. The torsion bar of this book has its length direction opposite to each other, and its straight shafts are parallel to each other, so that both sides of the two straight shafts pass through the respective bearings of the pair of hinge fittings and are rotatable. The end portions of the locking portions of the torsion bars are inserted into the through holes drilled in the respective fixing fittings of the pair of hinge fittings, and the ends of the crank portions of the torsion bars are inserted into the respective fixing fittings of the pair of hinge fittings. A hinge device characterized in that the hinge device is mounted by being latched onto a protrusion provided on each movable metal fitting of the hinge metal fitting.
