数変換し再送信するという方式を採用していた。
したがつて、上り信号は、上り信号用に設定され
たチヤネル数しか伝送できず、また高価なヘツド

の周波数変換をおこなう必要がないため、高価な
ヘツドエンドを使用せずに共聴システムを構成で
きる。また従来ヘツドエンド内でおこなつていた
放送波の増幅は伝送路1の前に挿入したブースタ
ー5がおこなう。また従来のヘツドエンドを用い
た方式では端末側のAV機器からのAV信号は上
り信号用に特別に設定されたチヤネル数だけしか
送信できなかつたが、本発明を利用すればTV波
送帯の空チヤネル数以内であれば無制限に送信す
