して取り降ろし位置ハの間を往復動した後、巻取
り用チヤツク6,6による把持操作がなされるま
での間、前記軸拘束機構17を拘束作動せしめる

係脱可能に軸支し得る軸受け15を固定せしめる
と共に、ハンドル操作によつて軸孔16の開口に
出没可能となしたコロ18を有する軸拘束機構1
