明すると、バーナ1下方に設けた傾斜板14によ
つて方向転換されて仕切板10の整流孔11から
バーナ1,1に供給される二次空気は、複数本の
バーナ1,1の周囲及びバーナ1とバーナ1との
間を真上に上昇して一次火炎の周囲に二次火炎を
形成するのが理想的である。しかし、複数のバー
ナ1の平面積よりバーナ1上方の燃焼室4の平面
積の方が広いため、二次空気はバーナ1,1の側
面周囲に到達する前に乱れて、一部は一次火炎に
二次空気を供給することなく燃焼室4の壁面に沿
つて上方へ流れ燃焼ガスと共に排気される。

本発明は上記課題に鑑みてなされたものであ
り、空気過剰率を大幅に下げ熱効率の向上及びフ
アンの小形化が図れるとともに、短火炎燃焼によ
る燃焼室の小形化をも図れる強制給排気式燃焼装
置を提供することを目的としたものである。

2側面へ流れて一次火炎の外周に二次火炎を形成
する。即ち、仕切板10下部の二次空気室9の
隅々流入した二次空気は、傾斜板14及び絞り板
12によつて直接燃焼室4四周壁面に沿つて燃焼
室4上部へ流れることなく、複数のバーナ1炎口
部2の周辺に整流集中される。そして絞り板12
と炎口部2との隙間、炎口部2,2間の隙間上方
の炎口部2近傍においては、二次空気の流れに渦
が発生し、炎口部2に形成される火炎に対し二次
空気の拡散が十分行われ、炎口部2に短火炎が形
成されて良好な燃焼が行われる。

に形成された燃焼室であり、燃焼室4上方には排
気室5を有する熱交換器3が設けられている。
